We are Haitian American organization from New Jersey. Echo12, was originated in Monmouth county New Jersey, October 12, 2012.
January 10, 2014 we opened A restaurant in Asbury park, New Jersey name Café echo. We serve Haitian food. Our most popular meal is "Griyo avec bannann." Translate in English is fried pork with fried plantain. Our best example of Griyo is jerk pork in terms of appearance not taste. Our pork meat is seasoned it is then pre cooked for a hour and then deep fried. We open Monday thru Friday 9 a.m to 10 a.m as of now. Saturday 9 a.m to late night.
