Café Finca is a specialty coffee company bringing you freshly roasted single-origin coffee from El Salvador.
Founder, Jorge Pacheco was born in the city of Texistepeque - Santa Ana, El Salvador where he grew up among coffee growers. Santa Ana is one of the largest and more pristine coffee producing areas of the country. He lived the social, political and agricultural interface of the country’s strong coffee economy – growing up and interacting with relatives and school mates who owned some of the best coffee “fincas." Growing up with family who not only worked but owned some of the best fincas has allowed us to develop a personal relationship with the land our coffee is grown. That is why we are proud to bring you the best specialty coffee from El Salvador. Having grown up with the tradition of family values and instilling a sense of go-getter-ness (my own term) the vision was picked up by son Jorge Jr. Soon after Jorge Jr joined the bug had quickly spread through the family and Joshua joined our new project. Through many hours of training and endless amounts of coffee information that seems to always be changing we established Café Finca in early 2013. Cafe Finca connects traditional coffee knowledge of El Salvador and new science on coffee to create a sense well-being that brings balance to tradition and new ideas. Café Finca seeks to expand on the normal coffee sensory experience by combining unique artwork of all kinds including, music, graphic design, photography, and even street-art. We have a vision to create a place where people can come and think.

Our Salvadoran origin allows us to be intimately familiar with the coffee culture and production. We understand the importance of sourcing single origin coffee over blends from different regions.
