I love the decor in this place and the food is good. I don’t like the fact that we have to wait quite a long time for service and food. We ordered appetizers and our main entrees. The appetizers were cold by the time we got them, we complained for the long waiting period and the appetizers being cold however, the waiter redeemed himself and brought our food nice and hot. I’m giving this establishment a three star because of the long waiting and cold appetizers. Food and appetizers were good. Desserts were pretty good as well
The first time we found this place was by accident and we loved it!! The establishment itself is cozy. We ordered appetizers all but the eggplant was not good, I never had an eggplant appetizer with ham and it didn’t help that the appetizers were cold. The fried calamari, mozzarella sticks, fried mushrooms were delicious!! The pizza was also delicious. We tried the desserts and they were pretty good. Just a note, if you have their desserts with ice cream the ice cream is very frozen, takes a while to thaw and enjoy. Be prepared for a long waiting period there’s only one waiter. As for parking is not too hard to find
I ordered a pizza with half pepperoni cost $28 and change. The pizza was horrible, the crust was tough, barely no pizza sauce so dry, and the cheese was so salty. My sick mom couldn't eat it, I through it in the garbage. Called Cafe Gino's to let them know. They were willing to give a $10 credit. Which I didn't except! They just need to do better....Chef Ramona
Today, I had the worst lasagna. I asked for lasagna with meat sauce, a $4 up charge, that was fine, but they did not add meat SAUSE, they only added meat. In the middle of my lasagna was a grey layer of chopped meat. I brought it to the manager's attention, but he told me that lasagna is made differently everywhere. In my experience, not that different. Some are made better than others, some have ricotta, some do not; but it was terrible. The salad was fine, nice and fresh, but I wouldn't order anything other than pizza from here, or ensure that the dish is popular.
We absolutely love Cafe Ginos! It’s our go to comfy pasta place. I’m so glad we discovered it because we always go there when we’re craving a fresh, homemade meal. The pasta is always well made and their bread is amazing. I love their ravioli vodka. It’s THE best. The service is exceptional always, no matter who our server is. Thank you for always accommodating us. We go there biweekly at this point. Love it!
I see these reviews are from a year ago one piece of Margherita pizza is five dollars that’s absolutely insane i’m back again today and I guess the guy why every time I asked for a glass of wine I get a half a glass of wine and I mean I have a glass and it’s $10 per glass of wine he told me if you have a full glass that would cost me $20 for a glass of wine. How insane is that? Then after the pizza comes out of your oven he says, and I said can I have some grated cheese please because if you want me to pour it on the pizza for you why because if I used too much grated cheese you’re gonna charge me extra
Pizza tasted funny. Food didn't Iook fresh. 2 people now have good poisoning and no compensation from manager. Bad business and bad food
Great Pizza... friendly service... our favorite was the bolognese pizza slice... sausage slice was great too
Great experience with Italian food..familiar place!!! Good prices
Delicious pizza, you can get individual slices or pies. Sicillian, strombolis, and deserts. Eat in available, nice sofas for sitting. Clean. Nice staff. 10$ minimum for credit card charge. Fountain drinks and bottle drinks available. I enjoyed the pizza slices. Definitely recommend.
