We had such a great dinner. Their happy hour goes until 7pm and while it is only served in the bar there seems to be plenty of seating. The standard menu price is a bit on the higher end and they do not offer a military discount, but their happy hour prices are $5 off the lounge apps and $2.50 off the other apps. Maybe because it is Valentine’s Day tomorrow, but they had live accordion music and a professional photographer. It really seems like this restaurant goes all out for its customers. One other interesting note, this is a huge restaurant and I believe they even have a banquet hall. If you are ok with spending a bit more money for good food then you should definitely try this place out.
went here with 2 friends and my boyfriend for my 22nd birthday and i couldn't have been please more the waitress we had was training i believe and she was great. the food came out hot and fresh. we were also able to get recommendations for our specific wine taste
Walked into the lounge and sat myself down right at the end of the bar with a clear view of baseball and hockey. Upon review of the menu, I had 3 dishes I was interested in. My bartender assisted in my decision. I had the Duck Carbonara. While I know that not a lot of chefs are fans of substitutions, I requested regular pasta versus the beet pasta. Beets does something to me causing severe illness and not allergy related. Plus, requested no mushrooms. My bartender took the request at ease and complied. Regardless, this beautiful dish came out to me smelling amazing with lots of chunky bacon and duck. And that first bite was phenomenal. Fresh rosemary bread with a very nice oil blend to go with it. A must try! I loved it. And walked away with leftovers. I love cold pasta for breakfast. ... and I came back for more. After a long day, I just wanted something really good. Went with the lasagna rolls and the lamb meatballs. Everything was still good and different. Leftovers again! That is never an issue when treating myself.
The food and service are terrific, but the atmosphere definitely needs to be upgraded. The interior of the restaurant feels stuck in the 1990s, and the music and atmosphere made the place feel geriatric/like it is an Italian restaurant inside of a nursing home. It's still a great place to go out and eat at, and it's one of the best restaurants in Severna Park.
So fortunate to have found this amazing hidden gem! Everything from the quality of food, such as homemade pastas, impeccable service and staff to the wonderful ambiance exceeding our expectations! We will defiantly be back! Don’t miss the fabulous desserts such as homemade Tiramisu!!Food: 5/5
Cool atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service from our server Eric who was very informative and friendly. Also they have gluten free options! Food: 5/5
Cafe Mezzanotte was wonderful! Friendly staff, yummy food and drinks & a great atmosphere. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because we were seated in a section of another waitress but were served by someone else. We waited for her to come back for probably about 15 to 20 minutes just to take our dessert order.
Hugely disappointing!!! Pasta Fagoli Soup had almost no flavor. Asked the waitress for Romano Cheese to give it some flavor and she got Parmesan. Ordered Fettucini Mediterranean with vodka sauce… again almost no flavor with only one Scallop. Again I asked for Romani and got Parmesan… dumb & dumber!!! My first experience was wonderful, but this visit was woefully sad!!! Lagavulin Scotch was the only thing positive about this place.
Hands down the most amazing risotto. A friend and I went to celebrate a blessing and just marveled at the flavor of the food. Our server was brand new, had only been working two weeks and was kind, friendly and attentive when we needed him. Wonderful food and experience.
The place was clean. The bartender was nice enough but had zero education. Our server did a good job. The veal was recommended, clearly because the chef needed to get move it. I had the veal parm, Wawa could have done a better job! Wickedly over cooked old piece of meat.Food: 3/5
