You love the experience from the moment you step in. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We ordered the Mediterranean bread for a start, along with Ravioli and Seafood Pasts for the main course. All food courses had authentic flavors, preparation and presentation style. Good price and value for money for a romantic evening!
If you're looking for a top-notch dining experience in a welcoming atmosphere, Cafe One at the Sheraton hotel is definitely worth checking out. The first thing that struck me about this restaurant was the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and made to feel right at home. The service was equally impressive, with attentive servers who made sure that everything was to my liking. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations on what to order. I also appreciated how they were always available when needed, but never intrusive or overbearing. Now, let's talk about the food. The dishes were all well-prepared and beautifully presented, with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the vegetation options, which were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The menu also had a good variety of seafood and meat options. As for the atmosphere, it's hard to beat the ambiance of Cafe One. The decor is stylish and sophisticated, yet still comfortable and inviting. Whether you're there for a romantic dinner or a casual lunch with friends, you'll feel right at home in this elegant setting. Overall, I highly recommend Cafe One at the Sheraton hotel. The combination of exceptional service, delicious food, and inviting atmosphere make it one of the best dining experiences in town. If you're looking for a memorable meal that you won't soon forget, this is the place to be.
Very nice restaurant/bar in lobby area of Sheraton Wall Centre. Great menu and vibe, food options are well presented, delicious and can definitely hold their own against most fine dining establishments. Very friendly and competent wait staff. Good happy hour specials.
Came for Brunch, not a Sheraton guest. We ordered #AvocadoToast and #BenedictEggs. Very well presented and delicious. Good size portions. We also had the option to pay fort he buffet. Came in public transportation, not sure how parking arrangements are for non Sheraton Guests. Café One is located in the North Entrance towards Robson NOT South entrance Vivíd colours are good for your morning mood! Good service and right prize for the location, service, service and quality of food.
So disappointed! Menu and signs in hotel make your mouth water with anticipation. Far from truth/wrongful advertising. When we were there, 5/14-27/22, the only thing available for breakfast was a Buffet. The food was cold and when I reported due to concerns of food safety was told I could get eggs to order. I ordered over medium. The photo tells the story. Additionally on arrival after all day traveling, went to Cafe1 restaurant for dinner only to be told they were not seating customers because the computer was down and they would not be able to charge to the room. When I asked for alternative suggestions was told there were many restaurants down the street or I could do room service.
Friendly and surprisingly quick service. Food was great with a good portion for the price. Definitely going to visit if I find myself in the area again.
Food is very tasteless. Tried the dine out menu and the food choice isn't great. I don't think the chefs put in much thoughts on food pairing.
I discovered in this restaurant a very good attention, some good light dishes, like to eat after work and good wines, I recommend it.
Two stars just because the service was good. The food was not good, though. My wife and I decided to try the Vancouver Dine Out menu, and it was not a pleasant experience at all. The food was the blandest food I've ever tried. The meat was dry and tasteless, the soup had no seasoning, and to finalize everything, my wife ordered a risotto that was not even made with risotto rice. Personally, I find this very disrespectful to the customer. Especially given the price they charge. Even instant noodles have more taste than the food we ate there. I would not recommend it at all.
Came here for Dine Out Vancouver and I was very impressed with the food. High quality, great presentation, perfect portion sizes, and fast! The servers were very nice and professional. I don't know about their regular menu, but it is definitely worth checking out for Dine Out!
