Daniel was our sales associate, we told him what we were looking for and he was able to direct us to the best choices. We are looking for a motion controlled recliner for my mother. We looked at seven chairs and found one that would work great. The reason I gave four out of five stars was the service was fantastic however I felt the prices were somewhat out of our price range. I was a bit disappointed to know that delivery was so high. That of course is a consideration into the total price.
Levi was exceptional in the sales department and made sure I had ALL my questions answered before processing the order. And the delivery team was simply awesome! I don't know their names, but they made my day with the above and beyond attention to detail. The furniture looks amazing!
Celina was so helpful as she took care of my initial purchase. In the process of paying for my item with Erin, she kindly and patiently helped me exchange the color by locating the item at another area in the store with no problem. Also, in previous purchases, we've always found every store employee to be kind, patient, and helpful.
The sales people were very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me a lot in making a furniture selection. I felt the quality and prices of the furniture to be good as well. I definitely would go there again, and I highly recommend Becker Furniture World.
Our sales person was very informative and helpful. We just bought a new home and shopping for furniture is exciting but overwhelming in making sure you're getting the right piece. Becker had a lot of options to chose from which helped us in our shopping journey.
Their salespeople obviously don't work on commission or care about helping customers. I walked around the store for 30 minutes on Saturday night and not one person asked if I needed help. There were groups of 3-4 chatting around the place. There were many more employees than customers and they were more interested in chatting than helping customers. They obviously didn't need my money.
Becker Furniture World was going to be our first stop of three to look at living room furniture we ended up not going to the other two and if that don't tell you something! Let me give you another reason to go no further. His name is Levi and he was another reason we didn't leave without buying he answered all our questions and was honest and friendly and to top it off he gave us figures we couldn't say no to! Awesome job Levi!
We were looking for something very specific and wanted to walk out with something to bring home. We found two loveseats and the salesperson was able to let us know there were two at the warehouse distribution center just down the road. They were ready for us at the distribution center after we paid for our purchase and helped us get loaded up. Overall, good experience, so much selection and price points, this was our second furniture purchase from Becker Furniture World.
Have a couch less than a yr..recliner broke...part has been on backorder for months and the company just keeps delaying another month. It would be nice to have my new couch fully functional..Becker is resolving issue and bringing me a new couch. Thank you for providing excellent service.
Jake was absolutely wonderful to work with. He gave me just enough space to think but was also around enough to answer questions I had. What more could you ask for in a sales person? He was also training a woman named Mckaila and he did it with ease and continued to be just as efficient.
