Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

A good go to spot for a quick meal! This reminds me of a restaurant I used to go to in college that I loved. The ranch is delicious and I love that there’s the option to make burritos enchilada style. I put the hot salsa on top along with some shredded cheese which was then topped with their ranch. It sounds weird but it goes so well together. I think the chicken was ok, it was a little dry and not too flavorful. Instead of the fire grilled chicken I’ll come back to try their pollo asado. The quantity is pretty big so I was able to have leftovers for another meal. Overall a solid spot for dinner on the go.

Overall good Cafe Rio location. Food was good, and service was fast. Staff was very polite. I really liked their pumpkin spice horchata. The only reason I gave 4/5 is because the dining area needs to be cleaner.

Chipotle better watch out! The food here is amazing! The portions are huge for the same price as Chipotle. But their food is more flavorful! I had the Birria Burrito w/ queso cheese and a Mango Lemonade. Unlimited refills on the drinks is a bonus! Parking: They share their parking lot with Chick-fil-A and Target. Plenty of parking.

Just get Chipotle. I paid about $17 for a steak burrito. They skimped out on the meat, mostly just rice and beans as filling. Simply not a good enough value for the money, very average food. I’ll be returning to Chipotle when I have a craving for Mexican American food, much cheaper and better food quality

Before Covid, I always had good experience, but now not so much. I remember the atmosphere of the staff making food from the start making eye contact and were friendly but by the time you get to the cashier you don't have that good experience. The portions have been reduced maybe be the prep is an eye test.Food: 3/5

Absolutely atrocious service during our last several orders. Of the past 5 online orders we have made, only 1 has been ready anywhere near the stated time. The other 4 times, we have had to get in line to re-order our meal, as the staff told us that that was the only way we could get our food. Many times, this has required 30+ minutes of dealing with staff in order to get the food we already paid for. We also frequently are missing items that we order, and have difficulty getting the staff to recognize these shortcomings. Overall, this location is the worst Cafe Rio experience we have ever had, and we will no longer be customers due to continued failures by this location. It’s a shame, as the food is good, the service is just absolutely terrible.

The sweet pork Barbacoa burrito enchilada style is their signature dish. It is really good and a lot of food. It comes with a side of lettuce and pico de gallo. I really like their horchata, too. The service there is good and they give half price to military on Mondays. Features: Optional mask wearing

I have had wonderful ordering at experiences at Cafe Rio over the past few years, but I will never be going back after finding a roach in my salad this evening. I contacted customer support and was refunded thank you!, but I felt it necessary to post this photo so others know that the restaurant is not clean and bugs end up in your food. This is not ok - no one should have bugs in their food! Such a shame - I’ll never return.

Love this place! The sweet pork is amazing, the creamy tomatillo dance is great, if you have never been, you should try it!

LOVE Cafe Rios food, however this local is awful when it comes to service. Week after week of trying to order via the app or website, I arrive to be told the food is not ready. Todays visit they handed me the receipt which should have been ready 30 minutes before my arrival, and told me they were behind, so get in the long line. This has been an issue for months now and does not make me want to continue visiting this particular location.
