Great experience, service was excellent and food was as I expected.. delicious, coffee was good. The atmosphere was so nice and everything was super clean it was a total joy to eat there. The girls were super nice and very helpful , prices are very reasonable. I definitely be back . Thanks for the hard work to bring an excellent service!

Has a bit of a diner feel with a wide selection of foods, and the prices were great. The staff were all amazing as well too and quick service. They also have that good resturaunt ranch as well!Food: 5/5

I was told that I had to try the pizza at Cagney’s here in Kernersville. I am particular about my pizza since I normally make mine from scratch at home. But sometimes we don’t want the labor of love needed to knead the dough. So I decided to give them a try. I called in my take out order and already I knew things were going to be great. Haleigh took my order and had the biggest smile I have ever heard over the phone. She was bubbly and very pleasant. I arrived at the restaurant soon after only to be greeted by her. The attitude of Haleigh is so addicting and is amongst the best ever. I picked up my pizza and took it home. I tried a piece and have to say it is one of the best pizzas I have ever had. AND their pizzas are cheaper than their local competitors. It really isn’t even close. If you like a good New York style pizza similar to Elizabeth’s, then you have to try this place. I am also sure that Haleigh’s attitude added some flavor as well. Great Job Cagneys!!!

Update! My son talked me into going back.... It was much better. Our waitress was awesome! Service was very slow. Ordered chicken Parmigiano and the chicken was so overcooked! When management was told they could have cared less. Won't be going back.

The wife and I stopped here on our way back home from vacation and Dalene was our server. She was wonderful and professional. The food was awesome and got to us in a timely manner! We will come back and I will tell everyone that it’s a great place to eat! Thanks for helping us out Dalene! God bless!

So glad I found this spot, it's quick and convenient from my work for lunch. The ladies are always super sweet & friendly and the food is always cooked to perfection and tastes so delicious. If I could give this place 100 's, I would. I never get tired of this place and definitely recommend to EVERYONE!!!! Their breakfast food is my absolute favorite

This is the spot to be! Cagneys is a fantastic restaurant with a very friendly staff, amazing food, fair prices and wonderful family environment! This is a great place for any meal! Breakfast, lunch or dinner! They sure know how to make you feel welcome! I will forever be a regular at this location. Thankful to have found such a great restaurant! Constantly forgetting food for a pickup order. We haven't ordered from this location for some time for this very reason and decided to give it another try. Once again they forgot food that we paid for, we didn't get either of my sides for my dinner plus my wife's salad dressing, she even ordered an extra side of dressing which we were charged for, they gave none, I also ordered an extra side of pinto beans that we didn't get either. I called and was told they were sorry but expected us to drive a 30 minute round trip after working all day to fix their incompetence. Get it TOGETHER! I'm done with this place for good now. You have one job, to fill orders. Poor management and order filling capability.

Maybe today was a bad day even then, it's still a business and respect goes a long way. I walked in, the workers did not greet me at all, I stood at the counter and nobody took the time to service me or at least give me a simple action of hold on please/one moment. One worker was rudely speaking to one of the workers in the food area. One server made eye contact with me, chuckled, and continued to walk away. This has been my second time coming here as the first was super pleasant but now, I will no longer come to this location and will tell others of my experience. It’s truly disheartening coming from a fabulous 1st time to seeing chaos/disrespect my 2nd time. Please be respectful to your guests as they’re the reason you’re here.

I am a REGULAR customer. I come and spend money at this establishment EVERY morning on my way to work. The customer service I received this morning was HORRIBLE and disrespectful. I drove up to the drive through window and proceeded to pay for my food. The lady gave me my drink and food then I proceeded to sign my payment slip, Forgetting that my drink was sitting on my arm rest. I proceeded to drive off and that's when my OJ fell over into my passenger seat and spilled everywhere. I then drove back through the drive through and proceeded to let the lady know that I had spilled my OJ accidentally in my car, she looked at me and said "well what am I suppose to do with this" my response "ma'am I'm spilled my OJ by accident in my car" she says "well I gave you your drink and YOU spilled your drink in YOUR CAR, so are you going to pay for it" . She was very nasty and rude, I spoke to her in a calm voice. So after she started being mean and nasty towards me, I got really upset because I spend my money here EVERY morning before work and I did not appreciate the way I was treated this morning. The lack of customer service skills was horrible. I do not appreciate it AT ALL !! I will No longer spend my money here at this restaurant. !!
