Here at Cain Park Bicycle, we’re passionate about cycling. It’s really the best way to get around Cleveland Heights and downtown -- it’s good for your health, it’s fun, and it’s easy on the budget. We wanted it to be convenient for people in the community to get into biking, which is why we decided to open a one-stop, full-service shop. Repairs, regular maintenance, and sales -- we do it all right here at 1904 Lee Road. In fact, our expert mechanic has been fixing up bikes for 25 years. Plus our team has expert knowledge about electric bikes, and we’d be delighted to get you started with this new way to bike.

Gary was very helpful, my Reliegh bike needed a tune up after years of biking,. I dropped it off, he looked at it, and advised me of needed upgrades, I will follow up with this post on my bikes return. Thank you Gary
Was there to get my wheel fixed and left with so much more taken care of. The staff is friendly and work oriented, helped with questions and was knowledgeable about topics I had questions about. The prices fit the quality of the parts and work. Would revisit for any bycicle need!
The guy showing us the bikes was super nice and knowledgeable. The older lady behind the counter was a little odd and continously insulted my hometown. Maybe she thought it was funny small talk but whenever we would change the subject, she would continously change the subject back to talking bad about my hometown. I would highly recommend this bike shop to anyone in the Cleveland area, but maybe don't tell them what city you live in.
I have a foot pump that I wanted to change from Presta to Shrader , and I thought there may be an adapter , so I went to Cain Park Bicycle . The owner quickly showed me that my pump had the adapter built in and all I needed to do was reverse a small insert . He was very nice and didn’t even charge for his help . Next time I need a bicycle or equipment I know where I’m going .
I appreciate businesses like Cain Park Bicycle that care enough about its customers to protect them from coronavirus. Even though the shop isn't open to foot traffic, they make it very easy to set up appointments to come in for repairs or purchases.Masks are mandatory and they will provide masks if someone doesn't have one. Overall, I felt very safe and comfortable in the store. The wheel on my son's bike needed replaced and they did the job quickly and professionally. My son tells me the bike rides even better than it did before. The people at Cain Park Bicycle are great and the service is excellent. I hope I don't need to visit them again for a repair but, if I do, I know I'll be in good hands.
Bike parts are so hard to find now. They were open and honest about the situation. Received my bike back sooner than expected, rolling better than ever. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Best place to resolve any of your bicycle needs. From professional service by Mike to pretty much any additional equipment for your bike can be found here. Used them a lot of times and always leave the place happy.
Everyone was extremely nice, thorough, and helpful while I was selecting a bike. They fix bikes right behind the desk so you can see the process and how there isn't any tricks up their sleeves like other bike shops I've visited they give a quick tune up to the bike before you buy it. Plus they give u a year or free service for any accidents or mechanical problems. My bike was a little costly but it was worth the money. Great service!
This is a great place. They are very honest. They fixed my old commuter bike for many years until being 32 years old there were no parts available. They did not try to sell me a new bike until it was pretty clear the old one would cost too much to upgrade and fix. They helped me buy a new commuter bike that fits my needs and set it up like the old bike. I am very pleased with the new bike so far. Good advice and good service!
