The Cairo-Durham School Central School District is a public school system located in Greene County, New York. The district serves approximately 1,400 students. It is comprised of three schools operating within two buildings: Cairo-Durham High School, Cairo-Durham Middle School, and Cairo-Durham Elementary School.
