My fiance and I came to Cajun Cafe after a long day at Level 99. We were pleased to find the food was SO GOOD. Do not listen to other reviews, the people running it were so sweet, great customer service, and I'll post a picture after half was ALREADY eaten...big portions, happy customers. We will be back.
The food itself is all greasy, but at least you see that before buying. The problem is the dishonest conduct: the highest price on the menu is around $10-$11, but in reality they charge $14-$17. Later I realized that two of the kids also had shrimps, that should have been detailed in the receipt, and we should have been notified in advance about the higher price. Feeding 4 kids was supposed to be under $50, but was almost $70. Even after I questioned the price the lady would not lower it to a fair level. I don't think we'll eat here again. Certainly not good value for the quality of food :-/ Vegetarian options: Greasy frued rice and veggies, spring rolls Kid-friendliness: Located in a mall food court Parking: Free parking in a large garage connected to the mall, close to the food court Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible
Even compared to the average mediocre mall chinese food, the taste and quality are subpar here. Not an especially good deal, and definitely not great food
This place has been here for 20+ years, same sweet old lady runs this place and is very nice. The type of food is what it is, probably really cheap to make but taste so good! For the years and years of being here at the Natick Mall, I hope it's time is not up, huge fan!
Cheap and very yummy. The lady also let me order as they were closing.Food: 5/5
CAUTION! CAUTION! CAUTION! Dishonest business. The lady at the register tried to overcharge me for the food. The veg combo was $9.99, 2 meat combo was $9.99. The lady entered $24.61 on the register. I did not handover the credit card and asked her for itemized price. Her response was "too much" food in the boxes. I did not ask for "too much" food and the person serving filled the box. The cashier and the person serving are within arms reach, yet they do not check with each other. They RIP OFF of the unsuspecting customers. Food is average.
This was an unhappy experience. My husband ordered a combo. He asked for some shrimp, which I figured would cost extra. Forget extra -- they charged him for a whole additional shrimp dinner even though all they gave him was four shrimp. Talked to the cashier - useless. Talked to the server - cocky. We won't be back.
The food was inexpensive and at a great value.Food: 5/5
Master Wok right next to it, is so much better, especially for the price that they charge for the food. The bourbon chicken was not good at all.
EXTREMELY SMALL PORTIONS even when they had so much food left they’ll give you such a small portion of food. i got the 2 meat combo and i shouldn’t have paid for it. don’t go here to get chinese food.
