I am available all the time that why i have no specific hours set up. My cake skills cover a very wide range i pretty much can do anything im giving a photo of or even just think up. I dont like to use un-edible things in my cakes unless its necessary but few have ever been. Ido anything from buttercream to whipped cream to fondant. As far as flavors n filling i am open to anything really i have very few limitations.
