One day I decided to take a cake decoration class with my mom at Cake & Wedding Cottage around 1991 after I had my 1st daughter and loved it so went back for a second class. I just wanted to have a hobby & make my daughters cakes myself. I have be experimenting every since by challenge myself each time I make a cake. I'm trying to make a business of cake decorating because it is a passion of mine. Alot of people say I have a talent & gift, but I believe everyone does in thier own way as long as they believe in thierselves.
