I wish there was the option to leave a negative star review after dealing with a real estate agent from this office named Jeanette Politano. We found her to be incredibly rude and very unprofessional. Ms. Jeanette, was representing the new owner of a building where we had our family business. First she tried to charge us 30% more than our neighbors then reduce the size of our lunch room and strong arm is into signing up for a term that we were not comfortable with. Communication broke down when we tried to address our concerns about people going into our office without our permission or even letting us know. We came in to notice that all of our furniture was moved around. We also had our signage vandalized, our lunch stolen from our refrigerator and our mailbox key stolen. After mentioning these concerns Ms. Jeanette began screaming at us that it was her who let this person into our office and that” she is a good friend of mine” which huge violation of our lease. She was shouting so much that we actually had to disconnect the call. We also noticed that she was desperately trying to rent out office space that she had been offering for years. I am not sure if she is new to Ct or new to sales but, if you are trying to get people to sign up to do business with you, being professional at the very least is absolutely essential. We will NEVER do business with her or Coldwell EVER, I would suggest everyone else do the same!

In our opinion, Kristen Heinrich not a good realtor. She is responsive but her lack of knowledge can result in thousands of dollars in costs to you, as a buyer. Unfortunately, she wants you to believe she knows everything. Not true. In 50 years of selling, buying and working with realtors, this was our worse experience with one. We believe, as buyers the sale became paramount at any cost. So again in our opinion , if you’re a buyer, beware!!

Cheri Coleman, of the Coleman Realty Group, represented us in our recent purchase of our first house. We were so lucky to end up as her client, as it was totally unplanned. Another agent in Cheri's team was the listing agent for the house we were interested in, and she recommended Cheri to us when we went to an open house. We are so grateful to Cheri for everything she did to help us purchase our dream house. Her many years of experience have made her one of the finest agents in the area. She knows exactly when to put the pressure on other parties, and exactly when to take a step back and allow a situation to play out naturally. She has contacts in all areas of the industry and can help you find exactly the right person that you need for any task associated with buying a house. On the day of our closing, she came by with a lovely gift and offered us both huge hugs and heartfelt congratulations. We highly recommend Cheri for your purchase or sale - particularly if you are a first time home buyer. She’s got the goods!

Thanks to Chuck at Coldwell Banker the sale of my condo went so incredibly smooth. He walked me through every step with patience and kindness while remaining extremely professional.
