Dr. Melazzo is an outstanding dentist! He is young enough to utilize cutting edge technology and old enough to have the experience needed for complex dental situations such as mine. If you are looking for a dentist who is compassionate and caring then you must at all cost go to Caldwell dentistry. Dr. Melazzo is the kindest dentist that I have ever meet. He has worked with me to overcome fears developed when I was a child of going to the dentist. He calls to check on you after procedures if necessary to ensure you are responding well to certain procedures. He provides a direct contact number to him if you need him after a big procedure. He has other specialities making him capable of providing an higher standard of care in comparison to other General dentist. He is upfront with pricing, and he remembers details about his patients to form a relationship! What makes this dentist better than all others that I have experienced is that He sets the tone and expectations for the whole office. From the moment you walk in the door each staff member you interact is the same as He is. You are their focus and it is their priority to take care of you. You feel it as soon as you open the door despite other patients being present for their appointments. They are the standard of care all dentist should aim for. I am extremely impressed with all of the services My family has received!
My visit on Thursday was very enjoyable and I walk out from appointment encouraged. The dentist hygienist that cleaned my teeth was thorough and very personal. She made my time there a true delight. Frank is great dentist and I appreciate his insight
Everyone who works at Caldwell Crossings Dentistry shows interest in patients personally and professionally. Office personnel scheduled me quickly for replacement of a crown that needed immediate attention. Dr. Melazzo and his assistant re-fitted the crown perfectly. I have seen various hygienists at my regular cleanings and checkups, and each one makes the process as pleasant as possible. I have gone to Dr. Melazzo for over 30 years and truly appreciate his professional care.
Had to have my two front teeth filled to day. It was the best ever. Dr Melazzo is a great dentist. I also want to give a shout out to Ms Beth the insurance clerk. She goes far above her duties and want Dr Melazzo to be aware of this and how much I appreciate her
First appointment for a cleaning at this place. My wife has been going for years. Filling out the information before the visit was easy, the x-rays were quick, everyone was really friendly. The hygienist made sure I was comfortable, she was very accommodating and helpful. I had a pleasant experience and will be going back.

I’ve been here multiple times thanks to my VA veteran benefits offering Community Care options and every experience is a complete blessing. I dread going to the dentist but truly LOVE how they greet me by my name instead of acting like they weren’t expecting me… AND I love how they are ALWAYS friendly with the most professional and upstanding sanitary practices I’ve ever witnessed. Amazing cleanliness, quality professional care and exceptional customer service has been my experience every single time!
