This place was so kind and caring. Daniel & his team went above and beyond to ensure that we were comforted and made a difficult time in our lives easier. Everyone on the team made us feel like family. They listened to what we wanted to do for our loved one, paid attention to the smallest of details, and made everything run so smoothly. Thank you to the staff at Caldwell for being such amazing people! Caldwell truly cares about the families that they serve. I highly recommend their services.
I couldn't have felt more taken care of after the unexpected death of my husband. John and Mark went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in all of the decision making and planning process. The compassion we felt from the staff was so comforting. It is very apparent that John & Mark take great pride in their business. We had so many compliments on how nice the space was and how great and organized things were. In a time when we didn't know what to expect, we felt completely at ease.
Every single person that we dealt with was simply amazing. You honored our loved one and exceeded all of our expectations. At one of the saddest times of our lives, you predicted everything we would need, and guided us through the visitation and funeral step by step with loving and thoughtful care. Unfortunately, this is the 3rd funeral we've had with Caldwell Parrish, but fortunately we've had an amazing experience each time. They are very kind people, very accommodating, their service & communication are wonderful, and they don't make you feel "less than" if you don't have a lot of money to spend. Plus, their remodeled building is absolutely gorgeous!

This funeral home was the nicest I’ve seen in the metro. Our director Daniel helped us every step of the way. I’ve run into issues with another major funeral homes service, but this was seamless. Twice as many people showed up than I had anticipated and it still went off without a hitch. I will never use another funeral home for any families service. My daughter from Phoenix also commented on how it was the nicest funeral she’d ever been to.
