Caldwell Public Library

This little library is the best. They usually have the new movies or books I'm looking forward, if not, though, I usually get it pretty quickly. The staff is always super nice and very helpful.

I love their children's programming and see what the library does for our community. Thank you Caldwell Public Library

Great staff. Friendly and helpful. Would be good if computer time was longer. In Twin Falls the time is two hours. Then you can wait a half hour and have another two hours again during a day.

The Caldwell Library is always there for us when we need them! Having a few hours open on Sunday has seriously been a godsend. I am so thankful to have them in our community! They represent everything that’s good in this world and they do it very nobly.

Caldwell Library has really improved. And wow the librarian I spoke with a while back was SO helpful on the phone saying that she would renew a book, that my daughter lost, until we found it!! No late fees and no having to pay for another book I was prepared to do so. She said, "It should be somewhere in your house..." She was right. We found it the next week!! Also I noticed that they started an auto renew thing because I was late with some books and I got an email saying it was auto renewed! THANK YOU!! I love the upgrades they did to the library and they've really been a lot better about classes and options for people to come and be a part of something. I also like that they have the books you can buy right in the library available at any time. Nampa has a store with weird hours and I would LOVE to see what they have, but can't because they close so early. I like that Caldwell library stays open so late too. They have a large selection of audio books too. They have a cute little toy kitchen area my son loves to play in. I love it :D

Great building! You can tell the staff enjoy their jobs and are happy to be there.

Well informed staff and lots of great areas and activities for its size especially for kids

The quality of the this library has really gone down hill. There are kids that play on the computers and talk out loud like they own the place, not being mindful of others. The library staff does NOTHING to quite them. I know there are agreements when you sign in that you are not to be disruptive of people around you but the staff does nothing to enforce it. I remember back when staff would quite them and I don't see anything like that anymore. I also remember back in the day when games weren't allowed on the library computers. Isn't the library meant to be a place of study?

I love this library it's definitely my favorite I've been to around here. We have thoroughly enjoyed the kids programs and community activities as well as having a place for my young daughter to play and read while I get her some books. They're reopened and things are different which is to be expected if you haven't been for a while. I love all the staff but one. I haven't seen her for a while I believe she runs the children's area and she's a bit over bearing and not as friendly as you'd expect someone to be who works with children. But I haven't seen her for a while. All in all a wonderful library and good staff. So glad they're reopened.
