Because we care about the health of Caldwell County kids, Caldwell Memorial Hospital and our community partners have begun an intensive campaign to reduce our county's rate of childhood overweight and obesity by 5% in five years. Initiatives include A Summit for the Health of Our Children; Caldwell Community Gardens; Eat Smart, Move More; Fit Community; and more.
Caldwell Memorial is actively engaged in our own Eat Smart, Move More CMH campaign for our employees and our larger public initiative - A Healthier You Today; A Healthier Community Tomorrow - aimed at helping all Caldwellians live healthy lifestyles as part of personal health, community wellness, and economic development.
