I would have gave them no stars if it would have let me. No communication skills at all, not willing to even try to help you at all to get a loan so there bank can make money. Supposedly managers are never in the office. Been 3 weeks and have only heard twice from someone after multiple calls & emails.. Would not recommend at all.. So unhelpful
It has taken me almost a year to have my debit card replaced because they keep forgetting to order it or it isn't done correctly. I finally received a card and can't activate it because they have my phone number wrong in their system. Someone typed the last digit in wrong. Now I have to wait even longer for them to update their system. Incompetence at every corner. If you're thinking of using this bank then I suggest you look at other options.
Little options for small business. No merchant services and limited hours for availability of funds. Will confuse personal loans for asset financing.
I've used this bank for over 10 years. Great service, friendly staff that will go out of their way to help.
Always terrific customer service and they are always professional.
