Sent my license to get renewed. Been over a month of nothing. I have to rely on loans just to get by this month due to you guys. I really want to pursue legal action. But how can I without work and money. You guys have to just do better. I have nothing else to say but just do what you signed up for.
This place is the worst. They won’t answer calls, voicemail box won’t take messages. Won’t let you fax anything and won’t let you speak to anyone even if you go to the office itself. Been waiting for my license to work and these people absolutely do not care!!! So many people working there yet no resource to help???!! Extremely frustrating
This place is horrible. Waited on phone for 20 minutes to tell me max number reached to call again. My son has been waiting for them to fix his name on his license for 3 years. He has not been able to work because they give him the run around.
I haven’t received my license yet. Submitted everything I was supposed to and they denied that they never received it. I submitted everything again and still haven’t received or heard anything. Lord Jesus turn this around
This place like Windsor Elmhaven on 6940 Pacific Avenue in Stockton California is completely WORTHLESS. Can't get anything accomplish in this place as they pass the responsibility to others who don't take responsibility. Just like the Elmhaven nursing home. Elmhaven doesn't keep their patients clean AT ALL. They don't change bandages when it's scheduled. Activities didn't keep their video appointments with patients to loved one. 4 weeks straights the activity worker ,Marina or Murina, has not called for the video appt. The last 2weeks she just didn't call and went home instead. The 2 weeks before that she made an excuse, the other week she got mad and just hung up. Another time before that she said her computer didn't work but called 10 minutes after it was scheduled to start to tell us. It's been around 5 weeks since Murina Marina gave us a video call. She doesn't listen, she's rude all the time and she shouldn't be working with elderly people. Elmhaven had a 2.0 rating. You can't call and talk to anyone who will listen to what they are doing wrong. Many times they said they would call back. But they NEVER EVER DO. I catch them lying on a regular basis. You call them and they HATE to say their names. It's like pulling teeth. Because they play games with the phone too. You ask to speak to someone and they say they'll transfer you and nobody answers and no voice mail. Sometimes they get others people to pick up the phone and pretend they are the person you asked to speak to in the administration office. When it's not. I've caught them two times saying they were they weren't. Their English gets really horrible when they are lying and don't want you to understand them, and magically gets better when they aren't lying. This department of public health and Elmhaven on 6940 Pacific Avenue ought to be shut down for the safety of our citizens.
I have been trying to fax something for literally 2 hours. It has been busy the entire time. Go digital!!!! I even tried faxing after hours to see if something would go through!!! This is after we mailed them 3 times paperwork that they lose every time!!! Worst use of taxpayers money I have ever seen!
Impossible to get any help or reach a human being. You must listen to a 5min recording just to hear a list of options. For a simple question you must leave a message and will get a response in 48 hrs. Ridiculous
I was mailed a phlebotomy renewal application in November 2017 stating my license would expire Feb 2018. I completed the 6 hour course required, completed the renewal app and mailed it in just as there instructions indicated along with my check for $100. December 12, 2017. My check was cashed by Ca State Treasurer Ca Dept of Public Health Dec 19, 2017. As my expiration date got close I started inquiring so I would be able to continue working. Calls, emails never even acknowledged. Expiration date arrived and still nothing. I was forced to try and re-apply online. But I had to pay another $100 by credit card. Renewal happened but I have never received my license in the mail as indicated I would not a refund for $100 double paid. Plus never a phone call or email answered.
I have mailed, faxed, and sent my renewal paperwork vua UPS with tracking and they still say they haven't received it. I even faxed from the FEDEX office and even though the transmission was successful they still say they have not received it. My paperwork was picked up by "Perez" but they still say they haven't received it. I'm now out of work for going on 3 months and even though I have all proof needed they still say that it hasn't been received. How is this legal or fair?
Took my cna exam April of 2019 and have been having trouble getting certified. They tell me first that never processed my application even though I passed the test then months later I have to call to ask why it’s been 3 months and I have not gotten my certificate. They claim to have not lost my livescan but the ATI number on it. How do you loose a printed number in a document? After faxing my copy of the livescan, I am only told that they never received it. This is ridiculous now I have to wait another month for them to do the job they were suppose to do months ago. I do not know if they are backed up or irresponsible with documents but I cannot even work because of this. Very frustrating for a government building. At this point it feels like they are even going their own jobs. Get it together
