California Detailing

When I called to make my appointment for undercoating I was impressed with the curtosy I received and had very high expectations. I asked if I needed to wash my car before dropping it off and was assured no they would handle that. The owner gave me a generous discount and even offered to drop me off at my place of employment. I went for the appointment and it was very difficult to find the place. Located in the back of a building with no signs indicating that. When I went to pick up my car I didn't have a chance to take a great look because I was on my lunch. Later on I noticed there was residue all over my windows, the undercoating was sprayed over some dirty areas of the wheel wells and inside the hood. I reached down to touch the undercoating to find it was soaked with it and dripping. This is not my first undercoating and when I picked my last vehicle up from elsewhere the undercoating was dry.... And then it rained horribly the next day and ruined it anyways. So disappointed.

My experience was great. It started when I was trying to get an appointment. I called got the VoiceMail and asked for a specific day. A few hours later I got a call back stating I could bring my Ford F150 in for the detail job I got on "Groupon" for the day I needed. The morning of the appointment I get a call from Eric and he asks if the truck in the driveway is mine, I loved the initiative but unfortunately it was not I was still 20 min away. Google had its hours starting at 9am and he called at 830am. I finally get there the door is open and no one is at the front desk. BUT there is a note on a hot pink sheet of paper that's states "if no one is at desk please come to shop area" . Perfect I thought to myself I walk back there and Eric introduces himself and takes the Groupon. They already told me it would be 3-4 hours so I was ok with the timing the only thing was my ride couldn't come get me. I knew there was a mall not too far so I was going to walk and Eric offered to give me a lift there 5 stars alone for that one. SERVICE IS EVERYTHING!!!! So after about 3 and a half hours at the mall I start my journey back its a 15 min walk and the day was beautiful so I didn't mind. I get back and they are putting the final touches on the truck and it looks amazing! Looks like it has a brand new paint job, clean, smells great and did I mention amazing. Now I'm not one to have my truck filthy but man I was impressed. Floors clean, doors, cup holders, mirrors, glass, wheels, EVERYTHING was top notch. I will definitely do business with California Detailing again.

Bought a Groupon deal. Had to call and leave messages 5+ over the course of 2 weeks just to get an appointment. Did a very poor job cleaning all around; could see where they cleaned seats and where they didn't, etc. Not even worth the price paid on Groupon.
