We offer many exciting activities and group fitness classes at the Sports Complex location, including an NBA-sized basketball court, racquetball, tennis, zumba classes, yoga classes, spinning and cycling classes.
Our Kidz Klub has Indoor playgrounds, an infant center, indoor basketball court, homework help, and fitness classes that will entertain your child(ren) while you're enjoying your workout. Our Kidz Klub is open Mon-Fri 9am-12:30pm and 3:30pm-9pm, Sat 8am-12:30pm, Sunday closed.
