My cousin and I were involved In a car accident a little over a year ago. I found this firm on Google, called them and simply asked to speak to someone about filing a civil lawsuit against the CDC. The guy who answered the phone put me on hold and then after a minute or so disconnected the call. I assumed the call dropped when he tried to transfer me to an attorney to get details. I tried 3 times to call back and kept getting voicemail so I assumed they were busy. I waited over an hour and called again and the same man answered. I explained I had called earlier and he interrupted and said, "Yeah, we're not interested in taking your case." They didn't even know what my case was. I was stunned by how rude and unprofessional they were.
