Empowering K-12 educators and their students to succeed through three grade-level communities: CLMS, CLHS and CLES
California League of Schools is a nonprofit organization providing professional development, resources and community to teachers, administrators & professional support staff through three grade-level associations: California League of Middle Schools, California League of High Schools and California League of Elementary Schools.
CLS provides:
1. Five professional development events per year (Annual Conference North in Sacramento, Annual Conference South in San Diego, Technology Conference in Monterey, Spring Summit on a timely topic at Lake Tahoe, and Summer Institute on a timely topic near Palm Springs)
2. Ongoing, on-site training and coaching for schools and districts to improve leadership, instruction and family engagement. CLS is the recipient of grants from the U.S. Department of Education, United Way of Greater Los Angeles, San Manuel Band of Mission Indians, United Way of the Inland Valleys, Stuart Foundation and the Rural School and Community Trust.
