Always able to schedule quickly when I need it. Staff have all been so kind! Making sure I feel welcomed every time. I hated going to the dentist as a child, and they changed my mind, now, as an adult. They make sure to take the time to answer any questions and explain all options. Had my 6 month cleaning yesterday and it was great as usual! Thank you Call Family Dentistry!
BEST experience we’ve ever had!! My little four year old has always had a phobia to the dentist in the past. However, the hygienists here are kind, patient and fun with the kids, and gave Quincy lots of time to touch the equipment and know she is safe before looking at her teeth. She was great! The dentist, Brandon Call, made her laugh and really talked with her. And suddenly my shy, scared little Quincy was sitting up announcing all her favorite things to him and letting him “tickle” her teeth!! We walked away with my four year old wanting to be a “dentist girl” when she grows up and no more phobia. My six year old keeps asking me when it will be her turn to go to the dentist. To be honest... I’m pretty excited for my turn too. Also, they are amazing with helping your dental needs be affordable. Since we don’t have dental insurance, we’ve worried for years how to cover these costs for our family and, in the past, had to pay thousands each year on cleanings, fillings, x-rays, etc. We discovered at the Call Family Dentistry they have a family plan for the year that covers cleanings and x-rays, as well as, discounts on other procedures for the entire family!! Such a blessing!! I also appreciate that they give you full notice of costs and lay out all options for you to decide before moving forward with a procedure. I could go on with more little things I appreciated and loved but this is already a novel. This experience was wonderful! I highly recommend them to anyone... especially those with young kids!
Doc. Brandon Call explained anything that I had questions about and made sure that I wasn’t in any pain. He made sure to ask plenty of questions to make sure I understood what was going on. Brandon Call didn’t force me into any root canals even though I was very close to needed several. He made to let me know that his main objective was saving the tooth and if that didn’t work we would talk about my options. I had a great experience. Call dentistry staff was kind and professional and helped me understand the price differences with different procedures. They also made scheduling very easy.
I hadn’t been to the dentist in almost 20 years. The staff was great in getting me an appointment right away. Once I was there they addressed every concern I had. The doctor was great in explaining what my options were. They even took the time to show me different options my insurance didn’t cover and how I could get those financed if need. What a wonderful office. If you or your family are looking for a dentist or your just wanting a change. Give Dr. Call’s office a call. You won’t be disappointed.
As strange as this may sound, I actually enjoy going to the dentist now that I'm a patient at Call Family Dentistry. The staff are friendly and funny. I just had a cleaning today from Dina and I don't think I've ever laughed so much during a dental exam. They really do treat you like friends. If you're looking for a great dental office, look no further. These guys are the best.
I love Call Family Dentistry. The staff are friendly and professional. With a newly remodeled office, the Call Family welcomes you into a warm and inviting atmosphere. Their highly trained staff and top notch dental services create a one of a kind, pain free experience that will have you coming back for more. I never thought I would enjoy visiting the dentist.
We love Dr Call and his staff. He has started taking care of not only myself, but my husband and children and is always so nice, gives great explanations as to what is best for our care and is understanding when life gets in the way and we have had to reschedule. We sure love Call family dentistry.
Dr. Brandon Call is a terrific dentist. The worst part about any dentist is the lidocaine injections prior to having work done and Dr. Call has a way of making it not hurt. He is kind along with his dental assistants and receptionists. They are more than willing to help throughout your visit with explanations of what is happening throughout the procedure, what their plans are, giving you options, and billing information. The dental hygienist is terrific and does her work quickly and efficiently. The care that I have received at Call Family Dentistry has been worth every penny that I have spent in visits. TVs on the ceiling, little to no waiting time, and a comfortable environment and staff that make a normally highly stressful experience one that is calm and quick. This is the easiest 5 star review that I have ever given and would recommend this practice to anyone.
I brought my mother who is 97 to Dr Call because she needed extensive dental work. She received excellent care and the staff was very careful and attentive to her and her needs. Dr Brandon Call was professional, knowledgeable and did a great job! We would highly recommend Dr Call to anyone! He provides excellent dental care for the whole family
