Food: Really not bad but there is certainly room for improvement. I am not sure how you are going to make grilled cheese without being overly greasy, but it has been done before. Mine was really greasy and had maybe a little too many hot peppers for most. It tasted good however, and I like spicy. I also had a grilled cheese donut. Chocolate and marscapone. This place is not pretending to be anything it is not. Everything was fresh, but not high brow. Know that going in and you will be pleased if that kind of food is for you. Tomato soup was fresh and clean tasting. Overall food tasted good but very heavy. Atmosphere: Fun place, how I imagine other kids restaurants might have gotten their start. All it needs is a playground and your kids of all ages will want to come here to eat. Everything is clean, fast, and well run. Service: Older ladies that are very professional fun? and polite.

Friday was my first time visiting this Tom & Chee location. I’ve been to a few locations throughout the Cincinnati area. This location was great and I was very happy with the food and the service. The staff were friendly and quite welcoming. They even answered some questions I had about one of the sandwiches. The food tasted excellent both fresh and hot. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. If you’ve never experienced Tom & Chee I definitely recommend giving it a try. It’s nice having something different then hamburgers and fries all the time. Plus it’s about the same cost as a fast food restaurant.

WOW what a disappointment I have been wanting to try this place since I heard they opened up in the area. The tomato soup was like some sort of weird pizza sauce with a strange pepper like taste. The grilled cheese itself wasn't very cheesy and the sour bread was a little bit to sour. It sort of reminded me of a public school lunch .Also was surprised it is somewhat expensive . $17 for 2 small grilled cheese and 2 cups of soup. The local bowling center has better grilled cheese at 1/2 the price. Will not be back

Great quick bite place. Food was hot, fresh, friendly staff. Clean inside and had a great kids meal. My daughter is picky but she loved the Mac n cheese. I appreciated the fruit cup having fruit kids would eat strawberry and banana versus places putting melon, pineapple, etc. I got the Flying Pig and it was served warm & had good flavor. Reallyed the meal and will return!

Amazing food! Loved my Westsider sandwich with a cup of the creamy basil soup. Got a Cinnamon Crunch donut after for a dessert, and it didn't disappoint! Very filling meal and a very nice staff. Will be coming back again soon!

I’ve been wanting to visit a Tom and Chee since I saw them on shark tank. I finally made a trip to this location and it was definitely worth it. As a picky eater and grilled cheese lover I was in my element! The staff was very polite and courteous. I liked that you order your food at the counter and when it’s ready they bring it to your table. Great family environment, they had a corner with some fun games to play.

They closed the one close to our home in Texas so this was a much need treat for me and my kiddos. The BBQ bacon was amazing.

The food is great and always tastes fresh. Prices are a little higher than you might expect, but still very reasonable. Staff is also very friendly.

Our adult son took me and my wife out to Tom & Chee for lunch today. We'd never been there but he's a regular so we wanted to give it a try. It was an excellent experience - delicious sandwiches and soups, clean and bright atmosphere, fantastically friendly service at the counter and at the tables. Overall a great experience.
