The staff is always very polite and helpful at the store. If you cannot find something they are always there to try to help you find it and if you cannot they will find something we can who can. I have always been rated with a smile at the store and a good morning or afternoon whichever the case may be. I do enjoy shopping at this store
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS EVER!! I bought carpet and linoleum to be installed the installer left my new carpet and padding out in the rain no plastic never came back. Business number is a cell phone that has no voicemail the hardware store knows nothing and now the lady that runs the carpet dept is on vacation and a week later no one can help me. AVOID AT ALL COST IT COST ME A MONTHS RENT.
I've been to the store two times in the last month and I don't think I've ever met such a nice group of people! To go above and beyond the Call of Duty to help out their clientele. I would recommend shopping there to anyone and I love to shop there myself! Keep up the great work at Callahan Hardware in Jackson Ohio
I stopped to find 3 hard to find items for 3 different projects and they had all 3 things. I was beyond satisfied!
Pretty good selection of items and a strong knowledge base amongst the employees.
Great selection and friendly, knowledgeable staff. But wow, those prices.. I realize that they have very little control over cost of goods
Do it best are okay for what they are. They are usually over priced but beats traveling thirty minutes to get to a lowes for one part. If I needed a lot of supplies I would not stop here. Or any small hardware store for that matter without checking prices.
They are always ready to help. Kind + curtious.
Callahan's was very clean, well organized, and had the safety yellow paint I was looking for when other vendors didn't have it. The staff members were very friendly and professional. My experience there was very comfortable and relaxed. They are in a convenient location with ample parking. I will definitely shop at this location again!
I only use this place when I absolutely have to. They do have a very good selection of Hardware Goods. I would like it much better. If when you walk in the door. You didn't feel like. You're getting help like it or not. Because it doesn't feel like help. It feels like you're being chaperoned. They have non-returnable items. and they do not tell you about them. Until. After you have bought them. The cashiers usually act like you are troubling them. I only go there when it is absolutely The Last Resort.
