We buried my Uncle yesterday afternoon and donned his grave with a spray and two standing arrangements. Not 24 hours later we returned to his grave and a handful of flowers lay scattered. Over $1000 of flowers were stolen. We were told that Perpetual care only included mowing and pulling weeds. I have half a dozen family members buried there. None of their graves could be read and were covered in weeds. DISAPPOINTED with lack of any fiduciary responsibility.
I was having trouble finding a family member's stone. One of the workers noticed I was struggling and quickly came and helped me. Thanks for your great service keep up the great work!
Well, I have never had a problem until this year. Waited until after Easter to place mother's day decorations on not one but two mother's come to find out they threw them away because it was not permitted until after May. I have always done this in the 30 years my mom has died and never was an issue. If these decorations were not so expensive I would not have mind. I expect to be compensated ! No the sign on the front on said Easter decorations will be removed nothing else! I do not go on the website because you HAVE a board with postings, can't even get the grounds keeper to call thank for the number Ms. Nikki he didn't call back! Shame
Staff were very helpful in assisting us to find Great-Grandma's grave passed and buried in 1933. Also in selecting a headstone so she will be remembered.
Catholic cemeteries have been NO help to me ever since my son Donny was buried at St. Mary’s in Elyria……Decorations have been taken off the headstone, ballooons have been taken on his birthday even though they are taped….. my sons birthday just past and a friend took out beer to his gravesite…….told us to take when we got there….. of course it was gone….. they tell me it is against the rules….. well there are rules that Catholic Crmetaries are breaking I know personally that they are being broke…..Andrea has gotten a text from me over 2 weeks ago and of course I got no response…… why is it that when it suits the Catholic Cemetaries to do something it is ok but the rules say something different…….I have spoken to a life long string Catholic woman which is 100 years old…… what she says that the Catholic Cemetaries are doing is totally wrong and if people knew they would be very upset
They are always willing to help with the location of a gravesite.
One of the cleanest and nicest cemeteries I've ever been to. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
