Calvin Klein is my favorite brand. Unfortunately I was deeply disappointed with the 9/17/2022 afternoon visit of this store. I kindly asked a sale representative right out side of the fitting room whether I can use the fitting room. He looked up and told me to wait a minute. He saw a customer at the counter and walked to the counter which is in the middle of the store to help him. Although I would consider he should help me first because I requested service before the other customer, he is right out side of the fitting room, and it takes one minute to open the door, I wait patiently anyway. It took him long time to finish the customer. I didn’t pay attention the whole time. when I did, the customer left. The representative was standing idle helping no one. Realizing he might forget me, I walked to the counter. At the mean time another customer arrived, so I didn’t ask but waited patiently for him to finish the second customer. Although he saw me waiting. He just standing at the counter doing nothing after he finished the second customer. I was a bit surprised. So I said kindly “excuse me, May I use the fitting room?” He said, “the store will be close in five minutes so You can’t use it”. I waited 20 minutes only to find out that I can’t use the fitting room. At the meantime, he didn’t even bother to approach me to tell me that I don’t need to wait any more. Another female representative came by which I explained I wasn’t asking now and I had waited 20 minutes already. She said the same thing. At this point, I know it’s not one sale representative or two sale representative here, it’s the culture of this store. This is my only negative google review so far. I just have to say that the service of this store make it “outstanding”. It’s a very unique experience and I hope the store manager provides proper training to its staff. If you visit other stores in the outlet mall, it’s not hard for you to feel the difference.
Zero customer service! Very unfriendly staff. Fitting rooms were closed and the only option given by the cashier was to buy the items go to the bathroom to try them on and come back with the unwanted garments for a refund or exchange. Not even an apology for the inconvenience!!

I bought 5 pieces of t-shirts for 5 people. They were gift for five people. I said can you please give me 5 bags because these are gift for my 5 different friends and she said okay. After that she gave me 2 bags and I said can you please give me 3 more? She said no. I didn’t say anything to her and just left from store. She was unfriendly, just doing her job, not trying to help to people. I don’t know her name but I was disappointed. Store is very good but the cashier was very bad.

One of the better stores at this outlet in my opinion. Go to Abercrombie or somewhere else first, they'll give you a 10% coupon for Calvin Klein. I bought a stick leather bomber jacket here last time, which was nice and cheaper than similar offerings at Wilson leather.
Calvin Klein Outlet, was very nice! The sales people are very friendly, they keep the store neat and orderly. I wear a size 5 shoes, sneakers and boots. Calvin Klein, does manufacture womens petite clothes in small sizes, as well as shoes sneakers, boots and bags. There sales aren't as low as Coach and Michael Kors, though. I try to keep myself on a budget. I can get them at a better price at Marshall's. I do like going to the outlet's when I can. There is such a large variety of merchandise. Great for Holiday Shopping. Enjoy your next visit.
We visited the store for Columbus Day weekend. The lady who was there didn't even pay a heed to our needs was very arrogant and rude. Unfortunately I couldn't see her name. We were trying to get our pick for denims with colors, size, shades etc. Being a busy Saturday, people were just flowing in the store continuously & leaving the stuff in haphazard manner after seeing it. She suddenly came and stared at us & showed unwanted facial expressions which clearly indicated her anger for some unwanted reasons! This very harsh behavior of sales man at a renowned store can be always disappointing, forcing us to make a choice whether to come back to this CK store at Merrimack.A hell of poor customer service!
I went there to buy a suit with my brother and the girl there was soooo helpful. We never had the experience of buying a suit and these guys made it easy and fun. 5 stars!
