Take my advice....don't rent from such crooks. I'm sure the poor owner is being taken advantage of by the controlling and untruthful manager who may seem kind and truthful at the time of encounter however is quite the opposite. Our unit amongst others on the property have been broken into with manager stating not to contact police because they simply "won't do anything even with a report". "Robbery" will include most items of value missing but also some items still in the unit where manager claims it has to be a "person of interest" who may have access to the lock keys. Manager is the "ONLY" one reviewing camera footage and then quickly deleting it after a month with the owners unknowing. Unfortunate, but please don't become a victim. Upon questioning, the manager refused to provide contact of ownership, as well as legal representation. Very poor quality security and unwelcoming customer service.

My Mom pays for a couple of units at this facility & I share part of one of the units with my brother & Mom. I do like this monitored facility & whenever I've come in contact with the office staff they are so friendly & helpful. Highly recommend this storage facility.

We used this facility for 4 months while moving and I highly recommend them. They have great customer service which is hard to come by these days. The facility is new, clean, and well lit. I had no issues with security and was very pleased with my experience.

THE GENTLEMAN WHOM I INITIALLY SPOKE TO WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND LISTENED TO MY NEEDS AND ACCOMMODATED ME TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL. THE OVERALL CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THE STAFF IS BEYOND SUPERIOR AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR SOME STORAGE SPACE. THE FACILITY IS EXTREMELY WELL MAINTAINED AND CLEAN. IT IS SECURE AND EASILY ACCESSIBLE. FIVE STARS TO THIS BUSINESS AND ITS WONDERFUL STAFF!!!!

I really like how it is monitored at all times. I really appreciate the staff being so helpful & very nice every time I go pay for my unit. I highly recommend this place

They were very nice people i dealt with only problem i had with this place is after 7pm the gate closes and u cant get in till next morning when they open back up they should give gate codes to there renters
