My cat needed to have 5 teeth pulled. Dr. Jennifer Andres is a top-notch vet. All costs and procedures were fully explained to us a few weeks before surgery, as well as, the morning of the surgery. We received a phone call during surgery to give us updates. Once our cat was awake, we were given another update. When we picked him up, all at home care was fully explained. I also received a call from the hospital this morning to check on his well-being. Camboro Vet Hospital has a very well trained staff, from the front desk to the vets. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
Since we recently moved back home, we were looking for a new veterinarian for our kitty. When we arrived at the appointment, the desk staff greeted us kindly and swiftly got us checked in. The nurse was kind and quickly assessed our needs for the day. Dr. Bodosky updated her on all vaccines, cleared all my worries, and educated me on a few things as well. Camboro is clean and they provided great service. For a new patient, it was a nice surprise that we were in and out in 30 minutes and all set to go! I will most definitely be returning and feel that Camboro showed a great first impression! Thank you for caring for our babies!!!
I just moved to the Erie area and wanted to have my 11-year-old kitty get a full senior exam, with bloodwork, as he has inflammatory bowel disease. We saw Dr. Andres, and she was wonderful. She explained everything in detail and patiently answered all my questions. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I am so thankful to have found Camboro Veterinary Hospital and Dr. Andres, our new vet!
From the first initial call to the visit itself everyone I encountered was phenomenal. So kind and caring. The receptionists, the doctors, everyone was more than willing to answer my questions and take care of my puppy. It's a beautiful facility! They send you all the notes of the appointment to your email, they had the prescriptions ready in a jiffy! I am so happy I found this place! They offer great plans to suit your needs from puppy to adult! Your pets will thank you for taking them here! I am so happy they love my puppy as much as I do! Second time back. They are all so wonderful and understanding! I adore everyone I have met! I am so thankful they are there when Archer needs something! They all adore him! So accommodating everyone took the time to listen and he did so well! You can tell the people there love animals!
Our Goldendoodle tried to play with a porcupine and realized too late they don’t like to play. Camboro found an appointment Saturday morning if a holiday weekend without having to bring her in on an emergency basis to remove the quills. Thank you so much!
Definitely the best vet for furry companions! They are absolutely wonderful! Everyone was super friendly and did not hesitate to help me with any questions I had. The best part was that it was very cost-friendly for the level of care they gave my cats. Looking forward to our next visit!:
After multiple calls around erie to have a kitten we found in the woods 3 hours away....Your office got us in the next day...Helped us out and gave us a clear bill of health for our new Kitten... She joined our other 4 that afternoon. We will be going to you from now on. Thank you for seeing us so fast... Very good experience, first time here. Not long wait and Dr. SLIKER and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with regards to our Dino's complicated situation. He's only surgeon around willing to work with our pup. We would recommend to others.
We rely on Camboro to maintain both our dogs health. They are professional, friendly, customer dog and people first type of veterinary center. The paw plan is ideal, Dr. Bodosky is a thorough Dr and the techs are the best at getting those nails cut.
