Cambridge District Court in Medford, MA

I spent the morning here charged with lies and B. S. I filled out a complaint myself but I wasn't heard because I have to know the code number to each infraction which can only be found on the internet which I have a problem with. So unless you've been brought up on the internet you have no voice at all in this court.

This place is all around horrible. You are def guilty until proven innocent. I have NEVER in my LIFE experienced this type of treatment from the ALLEGED Justice System. I am a former assistant secretary for a special Narcotic Division, assisted cracking multiple secret indictments in a sting. We had wonderful officers and court clergy but Cambridge complete criminal justice system is corrupt. They need to be stopped!

A madhouse posing as a courthouse, like a Salem witch trial. Under CORI - guilty until proven innocent. Years old charges dropped without reason, and vindictive judges intentionally harming defendants found innocent by jury. Leave MA while you can and never look back!

Cambridge Clerk-Magistrate's office staff were very friendly and helpful. Some of the reviews about this spot are about lack of parking. By 8:15 there were still a lot of spots but were filling up fast. When I left around 9:30, it was total capacity, and the overflow street parking a block away was also totally filled and cars were just idling in the lot, waiting for people to leave. Another reason to get there early is that if you are appealing traffic citations, they hear your appeal in the order you arrive. Park before 8, get in line for security at 8:15, and you'll be first or close to it. Only loss of a star is that it is a long walk from the parking and the front sidewalk entrance is pretty chewed up, would not be easy for someone with a cane/walker/crutches/wheelchair at all. Something I didn't know: cell phones are allowed inside, just don't talk on them. I left mine in the car but this is useful if you have to take an Uber to/from the location.

Not much of a court. Looks more like an old office. No food or beverages allowed. No bubblers for public use NO VRNDING MACHINES or a store within walking distance. I'd say be prepared but I'd doubt they let you have a cooler outside either.. The judge tall thin judge in his 60sdid not allow my wife son and I to get a restraining order on first floor Tenants. Who gave made numerous death threats on myself. Just to find out three days later this psycho was able to get one on me!!!! Go figure. Crazy world we live in.

They need to improve the access from the T. They also need to be more organized. No one knew which courtroom they were supposed to be in. They need to start on time and separate cases. I was there to obtain a restraining order but sat through hours of corporate disputes. It’s painful to sit in the courtroom with someone who has been abusing you.

Helpful Probation office, Helpful Clerk Magistrate office and support staff. Always been a pleasant court to practice. Easy parking and no charge. Easy Accessibility from 93N/S. remarkably efficient moving the docket.

Everyone was helpful and treated very respectfully by the judge and court officials.
