Lived here for 3 years and I've loved it. The maintenance team is so friendly and always fix things asap! Oscar is great and super professional - he was quick to help and asked what else he could fix and brought me new appliances the next morning. They even brought me a door stopper last year when I was 9 months pregnant so I didn't have to open the heavy storm doors while holding groceries
I’ve been residing here for a year and appreciate the great maintenance service here. All of the maintenance staff especially Oscar are really friendly and knowledgeable and get to your unit in around a day. I’ve had few issues with the previous resident leaving hair in the sink and drain and these were remedied quickly with an easy online maintenance request.
Cambridge park apartments are a good central location to live in. I enjoy being central and for the most part I enjoy the community and everyone is friendly. I wanna give a shout out to Oscar who handles our maintenance. The maintenance team is excellent across the board, however, Oscar has handled a lot for my unit. Whenever something goes wrong he’s right on top of it! Very respectable and communicates quickly and is efficient. Apartment living isn’t easy but with Oscar helping out when things need to be fixed in our home, he def makes it easier!
Of all of the apartment complexes I've lived in, this one has one of the best maintenance crews by far. Everything I need fixed is taken care of promptly. Oscar deserves a special shout-out for helping fix many issues in and around my unit.
I have loved living at this apartment complex, the amenities are nice and maintenance is always there to help. I’ve requested maintenance for things like batteries and lightbulbs and had them on my doorstep within a couple of hours. This most recent time I had an issue with my refrigerator and submitted a maintenance request that night. The next morning Oscar came to look at it and luckily had the part on hand that he needed and fixed it quickly. He then called later to ensure it was working properly.
Oscar in their maintenance department is incredible! He came and inspected my dishwasher after I was having issues with it and ended up replacing it the same day! He did all the maintenance required very quickly and was extremely personable and friendly!
Oscar and Robert are the best! They fixed my AC and microwave in a timely manner. The Cambridge maintenance team is the absolute best. They try so hard to solve your requests promptly and go above and beyond to provide 5 star service! Thank you guys!!
One of the best places to live in San Diego. I lived in CP for a year. I like their customer service. I would like to thank Christina Smith. She was always available to answer me with any questions or concerns. She is very professional and responsive. Also, I had a very positive experience with maintenance team. Oscar did a great job in fixing hot water and did replace the laundry for my apartment. The whole complex is safe and never had any issues.
We really love living here, the community is nice, the maintenance people mostly Oscar is very helpful, our request is always done within 24 hours. He works really good, fast and clean. Excellent people.
Oscar from the Maintenance team has been really great! Very professional and friendly! He has fixed all of our issues proactively with the windows, leaks, and loose handles.
