They are nice and clean. The pool area is clean. The only thing is the security needs to be better due to the car break ins. Once they get updated on security for car burglaries this will be one of the best apartments in Moss Point.
Absolutely a BEAUTIFUL PLACE. We are moving in this weekend. The manager and assistant manager are very nice and kind. I can't wait to get into this new community. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX
I just move here from a mold infested apartment in another complex in Pascagoula. From what I can tell this is one of the best in Pascagoula. It’s quiet mostly. Especially compared to the complex I was in south of 90. Yes there is trash in the parking lot however I believe that is on the people in the other buildings. Every time I have asked for maintenance to fix something they done it quickly. The apartment is nice comfortable and has a lot of room. I have fairly new appliances in my apartment which is a huge step up from the circa 1960 appliances I delt with at the other complex. The available storage in these apartments is amazing. I was finally able to unpack all of my things. We love it here.
The manager is very nice. My apartment was very nice, spacious and I had the best neighbors but the maintenance team are very nosey and there are teenagers that are living out there that’s shooting every other day and breaking into people homes. My friend apartment was broken into and it’s just not safe out there. I’m not from here so I thought Cambridge Park was a good place to live. It is but they need to evicted the ones that’s making Cambridge a bad place!
Horrible... new management, with no contact number??? No one is ever available!!!!!! I'm locked out right now and it's the weekend. Please inform tentants of changes, and get THE PHONE BACK ON IMMEDIATELY
I love the location and the apartment but get things fixed sucks. My refrigerator is one big Freezer and it leaking water. My hall bathroom sink been dripping since I’ve moved in and I have to pay the water bill so it need to be fixed. My air conditioner has to ran on 69 in order for it to cool off some and my roof leaks. I hate to move all my stuff back out of here but when you are paying rent and you can’t enjoy your place then what’s the point. I’m seriously considering breaking the lease because i can’t get anything fixed in here

I don't live there, but i deliver furniture pretty regularly, and there's always trash EVERYWHERE
