I had a teeth cleaning and got useful feedback on how to avoid having a vulnerable tooth from getting worse. I appreciate the thoroughness of the team at Cambridge Smiles. I also appreciate that they did not jump to expensive interventions when not needed. And my teeth feel great !
I always have a great experience! The front desk was so understanding when there was construction in the parking lot and I was late because I was trying to find parking on street sweeping day. The hygienist did a great job on my teeth and Dr Sones is always friendly, knowledgeable and fair! I would highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Sones is amazing! She was able to fit me in for an urgent appointment and as always treated me with such compassion and care! Cambridge Smiles is the very best and you just cannot get better care anywhere else!
Couldn't have been a friendlier, more transparent, or supportive dental experience from the hygienist to the doctor to the scheduling of my next appointment. Loved that Dr. Sones and the hygienist Milly explained why they were doing everything that they did and took time to answer my questions and there were no surprise costs or anything like that. Thanks also for asking for my pronouns in the intake paperwork and for patiently helping me figure out my insurance information over email with me when I lost my dental insurance card!
My experience at Cambridge Smiles is always great. Dr. Sones and all of her hygienists and staff are always knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I also love doggy Diana. I've been coming to CS for years and would recommend CS to anyone in the area.
Cambridge Smiles manages to be both relaxed and friendly AND highly professional. Melinda the hygienist is a rock star, and Dr. Sones is great. I always come away with a smile on my face. Five stars.
This is the best dental practice I've ever been to, and I've been to many. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable and thorough. They put me on track to better my situation and now my teeth are much more healthier than they were prior to me coming here. Their smile program is affordable and affective. I highly recommend this dentistry!
Over the years, I've tried a few dentists, and Cambridge Smiles stand heads and shoulders above the rest. I have been a patient for 4 years and am very happy; great dental care and great staff. I recommend it to my friends and co-workers. My teeth are essential, and with Cambridge Smiles, I know I am getting the best care.
Great place for Dental Hygiene. Professional, trained staff. They greet you very warmly and the intake is easy and quick. The wait times are hardly 5mins and overall you can expect to be done within 50mins. Great COVID precautions at this place!
Dr. Sones' office makes me enjoy going to the dentist! Her staff are always professional and friendly, she always takes time to catch up, and they are always thorough in their exams/cleanings! I have already referred many friends to her that have all reported similar, positive experiences! While I hate to share all my secrets, I also dont want everyone to continue to fear going to the dentist, which is why I'm happy to let you in on this one!
