We focus on basic barbell movements to help people get stronger. We have lots of quality equipment such as power racks, bumper plates, texas power bars, texas squat bar, texas deadlift bar, pendlay olympic bars, plenty of iron, platforms, pull up rig, prowler, tires, squat stands...
We can provide programming and also teach you how to do the lifts if needed. We say all you have to do is get yourself through the door and we will help with everything else, including motivation. We have a really great supportive group of people.
Many of us compete in powerlifting and Olympic lifting. We would like to help you in any way possible such as meet prep, picking openers or just being at the meet for support.

Everything is included in the cost. We will watch every set and give you critiques if that's what you are looking for.
