I took the time to write this very low review, because I sincerely believe other clients deserve to know these things before they book at Camellia Nails & Spa. I booked a BIAB nail appointment. 1. Lack of respect for time. The main manicurist worked on another client's nails while leaving me to wait for over 30 minutes total. The appt. estimate online was 45min. It took 90 min because the manicurist kept working on the other client's nails and had an inexperienced person do the "simpler" parts of the manicure.....Another client came in for a 7pm appointment but wasn't seen before 7:30pm. They told her to wait and did not give her an update. I was surprised she did not leave. 2. Inappropriate nail care. The main manicurist left my nails to soak in acetone for 20 minutes. She didn't check on me during that time. I myself checked in after 10 min because that is the standard time to soak off BIAB nails. Without checking to see whether my nails needed it she was painting the other client's nails she said --- "10 min". I sat there for another 10 minutes, but I was THIS close to walking out of the salon. 3. Lack of sanitation: As other reviewers have noted--- no hand washing or disinfectant used whatsoever. 4. Appears clueless about reflling BIAB. The nails are supposed to last weeks and then can be infilled or soaked off. She insisted on taking them all off even though my previous BIAB nails had only been on two weeks. After just 3 full days, my nails were not just chipping, but chipping badly and breaking I did not do any activity that would put more wear and tear on my nails than an office job. Photos were taken on Day 1 and Day 4 of the manicure. I am not someone who likes to complain in person or make a scene. At the end, I quietly let her know I was frustrated that I had booked an appointment time, and it had taken so long for the manicurist to attend to my nails and that she had taken care of another customer. If they were busy, I could have come back 40 minutes later. She said "I'm sorry" but she didn't even make eye contact when she said it.Service: Manicure

I needed a last minute appt before Christmas and everywhere else was booked… I now know why they had availability. Probably the biggest thing is hygiene - they reuse clippers, drills, files. The clippers were pretty gross and rusted. The woman doing my nails kept running the drill over my skin and made me bleed on 7 of my fingers. Honestly this place is 100% not worth it. The lady’s were lovely to me. First Lady did my acrylic removal and did it so quick which was great super friendly and the second lady that actually did my set was super nice and polite. Anytime she finished a step she always asked if I liked them and everything also done quick too.

My best nail designes have been done by this place and they are always my main, know what they are doing and do it fast, always have been nice to me and my other mates. Would definitely recommend

The result is overall good if you book an experienced staff: I been there three times but I would never go back, they are not the most welcoming, but understandable in a busy environment. However the last time I was there I had to ask to change staff as the one Servicing me hurt my finger and took 5 min to partially remove shellac from only one finger, she didn’t even clean the utensil they used the same drill file without even washing it for me and the girl next to me within few seconds apart. They are rarely on time, so don’t trust the timings on the website. I was there 1h15 min while the service booked was supposed to last 35 min. Also they charge if you pay with credit card 0,50€ !

Always have a great experience here. Brought my daughter for her first mani/pedi. Wonderful experience and reasonable prices. Staff are lovely and very skilled.

I tried this place just once to get my acrylics & what you can see in the picture is ombré shellac . The nails never felt brittle or the colour faded ,so I’m pretty certain it’s a great place to get your nails done . It feels nice when your shellac stays longer & doesn’t have to touch up so often . I’d recommend this place to get your nails & for that price of 42 euros it’s a steal as most of the places charge you 50 or more

Hurt and damaged my nails cuz they wouldn’t even nail remover to remove it and still charge me 10 euro? No apology whatsoever, never ever coming again
