Cameo's Crazy Cakes & Treats

So if I could leave a negative star rating I would. I sent them a picture and asked if they could make this cake. They said yes they could no problem. For the record Walmart could have done 100 times better. This has to be the ugliest cake I have ever seen. Look at these pictures I mean seriously how could any reputable bakery really think this was even appetizing to look at. The 1st pic is what I got the 2nd is what I asked for. Keep this in mind before you get a birthday ruined by ordering from this company.******UPDATE******* Cameo cakes called me after seeing the pictures and informed me they were sorry and offered to come to my home and pick up the cake and correct it. I agreed as we could not even look at the cake it was so horrible. Like Barbi and Tinker bell had a fight in which nobody won. Well to be honest I did not think they could possibly fix it but they pleasantly surprised me and did a good job making it acceptably close to what we asked for. So thank you for admitting the mistake and coming to us to correct it. The 3rd pic is the corrected cake

Did not have to time to take pictures of all what we got. This was a last minute order and they saved the party! We ordered cupcakes chocolate, strawberry and lime margarita, cake balls strawberry lemonade, lemon, chocolate and cookies chocolate chips, snickerdoodles, peanut butter. Cupcakes were super cute and flavorful. I am usually not a big fan of cupcakes but I really liked theirs. The texture was perfect: moist, not too fluffy and not too compact. The icing was perfect amount. My favorite: lime margarita!!! Cake balls were great. Not too sweet and perfect texture. Enjoyed them all with, surprisingly, a preference for the strawberry lemonade. Give a try to new flavors, you may love what you will get!

We have had cookies, cakes, and cupcakes from Cameo cakes! They all tasted amazing! They put a lot of detail into all that they do. Their decorators are phenomenal and so creative! The flavor of their cakes and cookies is so delicious. I’ve ordered from other bakers in the past and this place far surpasses them.

This is a very cute place and the owner is very kind!! They have cute seasonal things if you need goodies for the holidays. I will definitely be back - the chocolate cake balls are delicious!

Unfortunately I wasn't completely satisfied with the latest cake that was made. I have had good experiences in the past but this wasn't the best work. The shaping and frosting was off and didn't come out the best.

Intending to make it a 5....ordered a cake and cupcakes for a shower. Loved the bakery, hated ordering g a fondant covered cake...but sure the bride will be thrilled. Photos to come!

I go to Cameo Cakes for every single time I need one. I would never go anywhere else. They continue to wow me every single time I pick up my cakes. They taste and look absolutely amazing. Always great customer service, and a pleasure to work with. Always willing to bend backwards to make their customers happy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was SUPER disappointed when I picked up my cake. I went out of my way to go here as they did such an amazing job on the last one I needed for a graduation. The owner was aware the cake was NOT decorated the way I had requested. I heard one excuse after another and she was extremely argumentative. She DID offer to have someone come in and redo it plus deliver. My issue with that was that I did not trust I would have had it on time for the party. She was aware with plenty of time to fix it, that it was wrong but, chose not to. The first thing she did do when she brought my cake out was to say “we’ll I need to explain something on your cake.” I had requested a saying on the cake and it was written to big to fit it on the bottom of the cake so the last word was stuck on the front. The cake itself was good but, I also wanted to it look great and how I had requested. I was told the decorator thought it looked better the way she made it but, it wasn’t for her. She offered to give me a partial refund and did but, that was also an argument followed by excuses. After her arguing with me and giving me every excuse she could come up with, I had to ask if she was going to honor what I was told by her over the phone. She reluctantly open the register and gave me 25% of my money back. She did not hand it to me but, put it on the counter. This was for a very special occasion and it was important to me it be made specific to my requests. I understand that when ownership changes other changes will also come with that. I guess the previous owners just set my expectations higher then what I got this time. In response to the owner. The prior cake was the same size and I’m happy to show you. The previous cake looked amazing and the decorator used the space she/he had to make it the way it was requested. This was a very bad experience and I was shocked to find out it was the owner I was interacting with.

Our wedding cake was wonderful. We had fun trying all the flavors. The 4 we picked tasted wonderful. I only had a few bites at the wedding and the cake was gone by the end of the night! We took our top tier on the honeymoon and ate the whole thing!!

We had a wonderful experience with Kim and Cameo Cakes. Cameo Cakes made a beautiful cake for my wife’s graduation. The cake was a delicious red velvet cake. They did a wonderful job. Thank you so much Cameo Cakes!
