Seems to be a very nice, quiet, clean park visited during mid-day on week-day as no graffiti present and the usual sketchy, assoortment of Coh-Vee-Nuh 'Hood-Looms' were no where to be seen. Good!
My daughter and I love this park. We come here often for the playground which is pretty epic ship themed and the wide open grassy areas. It's a huge lot right next to the community center and WC baseball field. So many trees and covered areas as well, it's a great place to go in the summer time.
I'm visiting the Christian One and All church here at the gymnasium, so if anyone wants to join us for Sunday Services you are all welcomed. There's only one service for now, it starts at 1100 a.m. Starting in August there will be two services, but I forgot the time it will start, but I do remember it is before the 1100 am Service.
I come here to eat my lunch during my in adult care program time and then take a walk around the playground. When it gets hot in the summer, I go in the Center to speak with the staff members of the Cameron Center and sometimes even ask to play basketball in the gym. The Cameron Center has tables to eat lunch like the benches outside around the playground area. The Cameron Center has a Pingpong Table, arcade games, a vending machine and the East and West Basketball gyms with the front information desk center located at the entrance of the center. Restrooms: The restrooms outside off the park has been remodeled. The restrooms located on the outside of the park now look cleaner, the sinks and the hand dryers both in the men's and women's restroom remodeled are now automatic. The toilets are now stainless steel and the urinal in the men's restroom is also automatically flushed except the toilet in both the men's and women's restroom still need to be button pressed to flush.
The church service is the best ever! I love the sermons. I love the songs they sing. The people are so friendly. They pray for you and this by far is the best spiritual experience I have ever had in my life. I love the way Pastor Jeff explains things. He has such passion and he really gets you thinking. Most of all I remember every sermon. I am so truly grateful to God almighty for leading me here. Also being able to download the One and All app and watch the service again is by far the best feeling in the world. I can listen in my car and enjoy the God's word and share with friends. I feel truly blessed.
Great place to spend with the family. Playground is huge and they have a facility which includes restrooms and you can even play pool! Highly recommend!
This park is decent next to West Covina high school so there's a lot kids that frequent this park.. their is a group of teenagers that congregate at the picnic table and smoke weed,, I'm telling you some of today's generation is not all into education..but back to Cameron Park ,, it has a community center with pool tables indoors, also indoor gyms for playing basketball or Volleyball ball. Outside it has plenty of picnic tables and a decent playground for the kids .
Clean and maintained. My kid love to go there.
Park all the kids play with each other and I'm through with so far no worries ever about any of them ever fighting. Playground: They have a pirate ship with jungle gym. Swings. Drums and other noise makers. Restrooms: Two restrooms conveniently located Dog-friendliness: Dogs are okay as long as they're on a leash Picnic area: Picnic areas and plenty of grass
Too small but the rec center is very appreciated there's a baseball field and a playground but could really do with a basketball court or football field
