The worst place ever! They don't even put freakn toilet paper in their rooms! Can u believe that!! $68 a night for a nasty,filthy,funky,etc. hotel!! DANGER,STAY AWAY!!
Poor customer service experience as always especially as being vendors of federal and local governments funds, paid for the rooms from emergency funds not only for victims of any weather disasters but to addition as local landlords rent apartments beyond code enforcement requirements and tenants must vacate rental property to stay safe, sent by local authorities. What we see? Rooms not fresh, dusty, no toilet paper, one pillow for two adults and asking help desk to provide one..answer..don't have it...I understand that wedding within local hindu community, operated motel's family is big but what customers have to do with that? I do believe customer service requires equal opportunity of service beyond either it's paid by customer personally or on their behalf. Shame on you, dear.
The woman owner is terribly rude!! She told me I could never come back cus I asked her politely I might add for my 5 dollar key deposit back upon checkout and the woman started screaming "your not allowed back here on my property!!!" I walked back to her window and simply asked why that was and she said "there doesn't need to be a reason why!! I said so!!" Add that to the terrible rooms without microwaves or even a mini fridge and rock hard beds. I don't recommend this to ANYONE.

Awful it was disgusting no microwave no toilet paper the room stunk i saw 2 roaches it had 1 pillow the lad was very rude . never again the bed was like laying on a counter top. I left there is no refund even though i touched nothing n was there all of 5 min. DO NOT GO for the same price i stayed at the super 8 way better
$80 a night for my children and I to be bit up by BEDBUGS?!?! There were so many bedbugs in the mattress that it looked as though it had been infested for years. The roaches should have paid for the room, because there are so many roaches that it was uninhabitable. They are just now bringing in an exterminator THIS WEEK, after I was told by a former customer that they were notified about it MONTHS AGO. And the only reason they are taking action now us because the Health Department was notified!!! Do yourself a favor, save your money and rent a room elsewhere!! The Scottish Chalet should be leveled because of the infestations, and the owners should be ashamed of themselves!!! They knowingly rent rooms that are infested, and as a result, I had to throw away EVERYTHING that I brought into that room, to avoid spreading these bugs. Absolutely disgusting. I wouldn't stay there again if YOU PAID ME!!!
Scottish Chalet....the worst experience I have ever had. Staff was discourteous and extremely rude. They do not know what HOSPITALITY is....The pillows were Filthy....The rooms were never cleaned....The Towels and Washcloths were dingy....I saw a flower in the bathroom coming out the wall....the mattresses were stained and dirty. The microwave broken down and rusty...I asked for a replacement and was completly ignored. They treated minorities and single mothers like trash....My only words for the Owners....You curse yourself when you treat people who patronize your business BAD....You have acknowledgement of God at the desk....How do you think Father God would feel about your behavior and deplorable treatment of others? If you don't like what you do...it shows...You need to shut Scottish Chalet down or sell it to someone who knows what respect is, as well as "Hospitality."
The owners are over bearing. They treated me as though I was a scumbag or hustler... Strange son who is a perv drug addict probably didn't help! Dirty and BED BUGS. Found tons of paraphernalia throughout the room! Go to days inn instead lol
Less than one star!!!!!! Broken fridge, REFUSED FREE ICE, BEN JERRY INTO TRASH. handle for tub fell off & not replaced immediately, BEDDING dirty! HAIR BUT entrance & hall IMMACULATE, CONSTANTLY VACUUMING to appear as if all was as clean as the hall! , SCREEN FLAPPING BC SOMEONE CUT it, bugs. AC IN AUGUST NEVER WORKED, NOT REPAIRED. Water warm not hot! Condescending !!!!! Too troubled to give clean linnen, $4 day pId for Ice! No repair to TI y fridge. REFUSED ice REFUSED repair!!!!!!!!!!!
