Our daughter just loved Camp Gan Israel this summer! It was a fun and activity-packed summer for her, which is just what she wanted and needed—and my wife and me too! There were so many fun activities, and our daughter couldn’t wait to tell us about them the each night. That is, until she fell asleep, because she was so exhausted from all of the exhilarating activities! Most important, we felt safe with our daughter at this camp, which is obviously most important. It’s run by extremely respectable, adult professionals who have a very tight system to ensure safety, security and accountability at all times, not to mention their own children attend the camp. The counselors are outstanding under the leadership of adults. The communication is excellent, keeping us informed using state-of-the art technology when the schedules occasionally and unavoidably slip a little due to traffic and other issues that are all part of venturing out on field trips. It was so fun to look at the calendar each evening to see what was on tap for the next day. Every Wednesday was field trip day, which was very exciting, as there were some fun, interesting and varied trips. Water days were our daughter’s favorite, being the fish that she is, but she had something good to say each night about that day’s camp activities--with great enthusiasm, a big smile on her face, and sleepiness in her eyes. We would highly recommend Camp Gan Israel!
My 5-year-old son had his first-ever summer camp experience this year at Camp Gan Israel and I can't say enough good things about the experience. He had the time of his life and the day after it ended he was already asking when camp would begin again. The camp does an amazing job of supplying the kids with endless fun activities from the moment they walk in until pick-up. In fact, my son's only complaint was how tired he was at the end of each day. As a parent, I loved how it totally wore him out. The trips were the icing on the cake...tons of weekly adventures. Plus, the water slides and water activities were a blast and a great way to beat the heat. I always felt my child was happy and safe. I would not hesitate to recommend this camp to anyone.
What a great summer camp! We tried this camp for the first time with my 5 year old and she loved it so much! The events were top notch, the kids were taken to amazing places all over town, they learned super fun chants, had access to crazy water fun, it was so great to see my daughter have a great summer camp experience!
Fun, educational, safe summer camp. had a great experience with our daughter and will be signing her up again next year.
best camp ever ! all of our kids from ages 5 -10 loved it!!!
