Food was delicious. My only complaint was the appetizers and dinner came at the same time. The traverse city chicken burger was juicy and seasoned well. The duck tenders were really good. Generous portions as well. We’ll be backFood: 5/5
Great, spacious dining room with a nice cocktail selection and a great menu. Overlooking the sylvan Glenn golf course with a nice patio. Service was attentive, prices are very fair.Food: 5/5
This place is a gem. Great service. The bartender was helpful and easy to talk to. The dining area looks like a hunting lodge and provides a fun setting for a meal. The buffalo meatloaf and brussel sprouts are fantastic. Plenty of charm here as the entrance is loaded with pictures of dogs from their Mutt of the Month entries. Highly recommend!
I absolutely love the atmosphere here. It was my first time in today and the inside couldn't be cooler. The outside is a tad run down but who cares about that. Molly was my server and she was fantastic as can be. I ordered the Pot Roast. The large chunks of Beef in the dish were tender and cooked nicely. The mashed potatoes were creamy with subtle lumps of non pureed taters. Giving you a down home cooked feel in your mouth. The carrots and celery were soft without being mushy. The gravy had a hint of wine in it. Not my favorite but also didn't hate it. All in all a reasonably priced meal that hit the spot with an amazing server.
Rustic atmosphere, very cozy and laid back. Visited on a Sunday evening, they dont take reservations so the wait was approximately 30 minutes, they do however have a large couch by the fireplace to wait. Service was good even though they were busy the waitress paid plenty of attention to us. I had the full slab of ribs, the meat was very tender, fall off the bone. Unfortunately I was not a fan of the bbq sauce, just my preference, you might like it but as for me I wouldn't order it again. Everyone else at my table enjoyed their meal and the portions were good. Overall I would definitely return.
Celebrated in the igloo. Everything was perfect. The igloo makes for an intimate dinning experience. Had a group of 8. All the food was great and fresh. Portions are generous and service timly and friendly. Our group had delicious appetizers of Louie Bread, spinach dip, duck wings. The clam chowder was very creamy and delicious. Dinners included buffalo meatloaf, jerk chicken, st ignace salmon, Shepard's pie and fish and chips. Everyone loved how homemade, fresh, and delicious it all was Highly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely be back.
Wide vatiety on the menu. Food is pretty good for a quick lunch. There are lots of salad options. I went with a large group and they split the bills for us, which was really nice. A little slow on the drink orders, but everyone was satisfied with their food choices.Food: 4/5
This place is absolutely awesome! We had an amazing time having lunch in their patio facing the golf course. Inside is so cool that feels like you are at Yellowstone. Parking was easy too. Food was really good, their nachos plate is huge! I would definitely recommend this place if you looking for a nice venue with great food and service.
The food great. Lots of options for different tastes and the kitchen is really good with customizations. Menu is full of protein entrees, comfort food, salads, and unique specials. Servers are great and attentive. Outdoor seating is nice if you can get a seat outside. My family tried to get a table outside for and was told we had to wait despite seeing plenty of free tables outside. Parking: Restaurant parking is shared with the golf course so it can be tough to find a spot if there are a lot of golfers. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available with nutritious options. Large portions even for kids so ask for a take home box. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant has several small stairs inside but each stairway has a ramp. Just be prepared to go up and down several ramps.
I had my son's wedding shower today at Camp Ticonderoga and everything was fabulous. Rosie and Shawn were superb in their service and hospitality. The food was EXCELLENT. Antoinette and other management were wonderful to deal with. 5 plus stars!!!!!Food: 5/5
