Since 1948, 1,300-acre Camp Tuckahoe has served the youth of south-central Pennsylvania, offering outstanding summer and year-round program opportunities.
Camp Tuckahoe was established in 1948 to serve the youth of south central Pennsylvania. It now consists of nearly 1300 acres that includes woodlands, wetlands, and a beautiful mountain stream. Located not far from regional attractions, including historic Gettysburg, the Pennsylvania Capitol, and the Army Heritage Museum, Tuckahoe still prides itself on being the "camp along the Appalachian Trail."
To prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
