This is the experience of Elaine Simon. I accompanied her to the clinic. Patty, as she is know, was highly pleased with the clinic and especially with Physician's Asst. Kyle Hagan. We were seen very quickly and assessed perfectly. The best part is that all the staffed listened to us and reacted with a very helpful attitude. We gladly give a five star rating.
Very disappointed with front desk. Wife slipped and broke her ankle. Called to see if the walk-in was open. They said yes. Got there at 10:55 am. Clerk at front desk said sorry walkin just closed. I asked what time and she said 11. I told her my watch showed 10:55. She said well all paper work has to be done. She said you can come back at 12:30 when walk-in reopens. I asked well can you at least let me complete all registration and insurance. She said that is all done online. Very disappointed. Update - went back at 12:30 and the same receptionist said they don’t accept our insurance. I called Ortho One and what a different experience. They gladly checked our insurance and told us to come on in and she would be seen quickly! Customer service matters!
I had taken time off to get this appointment for Dr Grear. My ankle and toes were giving a lot of trouble and after a long wait I got this appointment. We were having a dispute with my earlier bill payment and it was still going on. But when I went for the appointment the receptionist at Collierville location asked me to pay the bill and that the doctor will not see me with out the full payment. I explained to her that I will pay $500 since the bill is in dispute. However since she adamantly refused and I had no choice but to pay $1021.89 although the bill that was sent to me was 745.00 did not match the amount at all! Since I had taken off I had no choice but to pay. This is such an INHUMAN practice to ask to pay the bill with a threat to cancel the appointment. I was in so much in pain therefore I was forced to pay whatever she had quoted. The worst part was that after I had made a payment, she just told me to reschedule the appointment. I was just so shocked!!! I had taken off to see the doctor and then she told me that doctor had taken another patient and CANNOT see me even after paying $1021.89 !! I had called the business office several times and all I hear messages. No one calls you back or even cares to answer the phone. The business office service is terrible! It needs to be reevaluated. The reception at Collierville too need to change their attitude. It was such a disappointing experience for me. Campbell clinic is perhaps running because of the doctors it has on board. Otherwise the business office and the customer service at the reception totally needs to be overhauled. I am still struggling with pain in my ankle but because of this cancellation after making payment threw me off !! I would want to know if this refusing to see the patient in pain for not paying the bill without being the patient’s fault since it’s in dispute Also asking to pay in full and then asking to reschedule… is this the motto and vision of service in medical profession?? This really need to change. What if someone doesn’t have the full appoint to pay?? Just outright refusal without even thinking twice that the patient is in pain. No empathy. It’s a Shame for an institution like Campbell clinic in terms of their Medical practice. The business office staff need to be reprimanded or some action should pull d be taken for not responding sbd putting us on hold for hours like we don’t have anything to do. And the reception refusal to let the patient in pain to see. I would want the directors to reflect upon these practices.
Dr. Burnholt is a dr that listens to his patients. His assistant the lady with the really short hair is very rude and very unprofessional. I overheard her talking badly about Dr. Burnholt. She talks about patients badly and has a very nasty attitude. Some people don't need to be in the medical field dealing with patients if they are going to be like that.
The staff at Campbell Clinic always make you feel as though you are their only patient. They are absolutely professional, but personable and caring.

I'm 51 years old and I had surgery may 27th and I was back at work within two weeks. No complications. Dr.bowenheart knew exactly what to do . I would recommend him to everybody .

Ms Mangrun was thorough, and very you polite, the lab tech in x-ray was wonderful.Also the the person who took me to x-ray dept was wonderful. Thank You
