I had a appointment today at 7:30am and I needed to be put on restrictions from work longer as my arm wasn't getting any better this place turned me away because I didnt have this workers comp form filled out i explained to them my job screwed up my workers compensation claim up and had to wait till I get claim number and the receptionist was rude didn't care about what I was going threw so she turned me away I was in shock basically waisted my time going in there. Stay clear from this place.
Horrible receptionist. Terrible attitude. Never received such poor service than I did at Mercy Health Occupational Healthcare in Janesville. I wasn't in the building more than a minute before Audrey began sighing, rolling her eyes, and yelling at me and another individual. Clearly she needs to be fired. Read the one star reviews. It's no mystery that she has serious anger management issues. I find it odd that Mercy Health refuses to deal with this customer service trainwreck.
Why is the receptionist, Audrey, so rude?? Not just to me, but to all 6 people that were in the waiting room, and people who called. Maybe the people in charge of looking at reviews could have a talk with her about tact, customer service, and overall kindness. Not a good look for Mercy. She is the face of the Occupational Health Department, and it’s a poor reflection. So disappointed with this interaction.
The help here is incredibly rude. I called to set up a drug screening for an employer, asked what the procedure was and what i would need. I was told I needed an appointment, and made one immediately while on the phone. When I arrived, the receptionist didn't even seem to have time for me, so I stood and waited 5 minutes before I was addressed. After taking a small amount of info I was asked to sit and wait. So I did, for 45 minutes, until another rude nurse told me I needed chain of custody paperwork, despite asking what I needed when I made the appointment. This would have been some key info to have earlier. Why wasn't I informed I needed chain of custody paper work when I called? Instead these ladies had no problem wasting my time and failing to give information when asked. Thanks for nothing, Mercy occupational health receptionist.
Needed a physical and blood draw for employment. The RN Peaches was down to earth and friendly and quite informative. The NP I don't remember her name, was equally down to earth and friendly. Both were efficient and I was out of there in less than an hour even though it was the most thorough physical I've ever had. Receptionist wasn't the warmest but could be her personality. I would definitely recommend Mercy Occupational Health to others!
I am upset with the treatment I have received from Audrey at this office. I asked her for a mask during check in since mine fell on the floor and she defensively responded to me “ you need a new mask for what” and then tells me “we have to pay for these you know” and I walked away. Another person in the waiting room wasn’t even wearing a mask. She did not follow COVID-19 procedures as it should be a requirement in a health care facility to follow. Her customer service skills are rude, disrespectful and awful. I am very disappointed in my experience here do not recommend.
Receptionist could stand to be a little less insolent... Wait times can drastically improve. 1 person should not have to wait 30+ mins when there is barely any patients to begin with. This is the 2nd time ive had a poor experience. Dont even thank me for this, just fix it. Absolutely ridiculous.
Receptionist seated on the left, Audrey, is short and unwilling to check on how late Dr is behind. Sitting for 30 minutes past scheduled appointment. Customer service highly lacking. Wish I could put ZERO stars
I’ve had the exact same issues with rudeness here. Even the very 1st time I came in!! They really need to fire this individual, as it is only one. She sits on the left side as you are coming in. I have to renew my Fed Med every year, and because of her, I absolutely dread on coming here, just because of her absolute rudeness.
I had a female np do my dot physical she didn’t know what the heck she was doing . Updating my review I just had another DOT and this time the PA actually knew what she was doing . I am updating my stars from a 1 Star to a four star due to a new DOT physical I just had this time a new PA was doing the exam and she was really good and didn’t judge me she is the reason the rating went up . Ms Holt was really good .
