Not very organized. They don’t answer the phone and they aren’t very responsive to emails. Their rental return system lacks efficiency.

Very bad customer service. I do not recommend purchasing textbooks through this bookstore. They do not answer their phone or emails to respond to customers inquiring about their order.

Ovepriced. They know that foreign students don't know anybetter so even their pencils, notebooks, and basic office suplies are overpriced. Staff refuses to work with you even if they sold you the book and the rental price is more expensive that what you would pay for it somewhere else. Don't go here. These kind of markups are very dissapointing coming from a Christian University.

I am an online student who orders my books from this bookstore without seeing them quite often and I have only received wrong books once. They went out of their way to rectify the problem once it was brought to their attention.

University book store, so no real general selection, but a decent university book store. Very clean and well organized
