Campbellton Middle School

I started coming here in the 2019-2020 school year. It started alright. Grade 5 was OK at best. We had a French teacher who taught English and French. She also made us rewrite the entire alphabet and rewrite numbers. The 2020-2021 school year it was amazing. Grade 6 was fun. I became friends with a kid from Charlo, my friend Carter, and a girl I forgot her name. Things went downhill in the 2021-2022 year. In Grade 7, I was starting to get bullied by a classmate from Charlo, NB. He said that me and my family were terrible people,ande I told the staff members about it, and they brushed it off, saying it was being dealt with it wasn't Grade 8 was the worst. The same kid picked on me and I punched him, he had his nose bleeding. I became the most pour student, I was then suspended for 1 day, and he had no trouble. He still picked on me, and the school did nothing about it. I told my mom and she was confused about it all. He also touched girls in my class inappropriately, and the girls were crying to me. Overall, this school is a little bit better than Lord Beaverbrook School, but both are very flawed.

1 star. My experience with this school was entirely abysmal. The cleanliness of the school bathrooms I am assigned male, don't know about the female/gender-neutral bathrooms was horrid. The behaviour of the students was entirely uncontrolled by the teachers and for some classes, the entire class was disrupted daily. The teachers also were not often fair in their judgements of the students. Often I witnessed students recieving detentions/confiscations of items while they were entirely not to blame for the problem in question. Secondly, the situation with bullying. Over 4 years I was harassed by multiple students. I hoped to consult the school authorities. Not only did the teachers not help the situation, they REFUSED to help. It reached a point where my family had to consult those in charge of the school district. Still nothing. We decided to take care of it ourselves, namely, switching classes. As a result of all this, the environment was not inviting and in fact, malignantly depressing. There are no words for how disappointing this school is. To anyone enrolling into this school, prepare yourself. I wish you luck, you will certainly need it. TL;DR: haha CMS sucks LOL
