Drive-through is a hit or miss. Last couple of months of paying off my credit card has been a headache. Some thorough training would do some good for the tellers.

Waited forever in the drive through. What's going on that there is constantly new people? I finally just pulled right up to the window. There's a lady in there glaring at me when I'm trying to figure out why no one was moving. Especially in the outside lane. She was popping her gum and giving me a go to Hell look. Get it straightened out Campco.

Love this bank!! The people are extremely nice to deal with and they don't charge you to have a checking account! I had a checking account at WF since 1978 and they decided to start charging people to have a checking account!! Can you believe that?!? Well I am so thankful for their decision to do away with the free checking because I would've never switched banks otherwise. Thank You Campco!!

This bank has treated me so well, and been so helpful. It's my opinion that they go above and beyond the call of duty. They gave me a loan on a vehicle when I had no credit score and 4 collections. Brittany Caldwell is excellent to work with for a loan, she believed in me and I paid off my collections. Her encouragement sank in and with the help of Campco I now have three credit scores above 700. Thank you Campco.

I would have to say that since moving out of the state Campco and all of their employees have been nothing but helpful. As far as other reviews where they just add money to your loans for not showing proof of insurance, on any of our loans we had received numerous letters about showing proof so they give you ample opportunity to do so. That in which they give you an easy link to add proof. Regardless of the other reviews Campco has done nothing but help us out in various ways! Kudos!

I lost my credit card months ago they sent me a new one that never worked and I've now been fighting to get a new one since January. Keep getting put on hold no one answers or calls back when I leave messages used to be an easy 5 star not anymore

I was recently an account holder at this bank and I got one of my monthly spending accounts reviews from them with a response on it saying "SPEND BETTER." With a response like that I would think would come recommendations how to spend better. Instead of the response that was quite unreasonable in my opinion. I guess that is up to the opinions of others I guess. But recommendations are better than opinions.

Nice people, Hours suck! And ATM doesn't always except deposits which makes the business hours of 9am to 5pm suck even more!

I've asked Teresa numerous times to speak with someone else about refinancing my vehicle. When we sat down face to face she gave me a compleltly different number than what was sent over to sign. Back and forth for 2 weeks now and she compleltly disregards my request, and just keeps sending the form to esign. I'm buying another truck this month and wont be using this bank.
