Lived there for over three years, couldn't wait to move out of there

Ice lived there for 8 years. It can be a nice place to live as long as you don't make friends with the wrong people. The park is working on making it a better place. I just sold my home and the new owner enjoys the park

Place is so noisy you never get sleep. Drugs everywhere. Can't wait to move out.

I lived here temporarily when I sold my house while I was looking for a new one. About 6 months. I never had a problem and the manager was courteous and responsive. I think most of the negative complaints on here are from individuals who either created a negative situation for themselves or would just complain about anything. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Residences are friendly and informative. Maintainence department could be a bit more on there game, management a bit more friendly and helpful. Otherwise ....very nice quiet place.

Bathrooms are kept very clean. The landscape is beautiful. Comfortable quiet sitting place next to a duck pond. The azaleas are breathtaking and everywhere you look.

Has 2 dumpsters for 130 +- lots, trash is dumped on the ground around the dumpster and roads definitely destroy tenants cars bc of the holes in the road. Park Manager is a joke

New owners. Price increase for at least the RV's for sure. The park manager is not very "hands-on", seems to pass-the-buck frequently. Nice enough, but not a problem solver.

I've lived here for almost 6 years prices are reasonable especially if your on a fixed income it's pet friendly and kid friendly all ages live here
