We had a propane leak. Campora sent Jason out right away. When the leak was resolved by our plumber, Jason came back out and restored service. He was patient, professional and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Campora and Jason.
Absolute horrible customer service, terrible at communication and overall a sub par business at best. Steer clear of this company if you can. If not - be prepared to be treated poorly and frusterated any time you have to deal with them. These jerks will leave you out in the cold, newborn baby or not and they do not care. "That's your problem" is what the person in thier office told me. Business of the year lol
The contract they force you to sign to lease their tank makes all sales final and non-refundable. This means when you close your account and they take away your tank, they will not refund any of the value for the gas they take away with the tank. While it is in the contract, this feels like thievery to me, as they are taking away half a tank, over $300 worth of propane. This gas I was forced to pay for due to the contract. I would recommend finding another provider if you can.
Nothing good to say about this company. First bad review I’ve written, and I am top 20 in the country in reviews on Google for my area. Stay away
Very rude driver, but the call taker was a nice lady, so I rate 2 stars instead of 1. Will come back to update review if their service is improved; or otherwise switch to a different company.
I asked Campora if they knew for 2 weeks they were to come pick up their 100 gal tank. Woman who answered said "Yes, there is a note in the address file." She went on to say that new customers, getting ready for the season, and maintenance were more important. I just bought my own tank. I will never call Campora to fill it for me. I don't need condescension.
called to ask about a filling up a tank I owned. Said I just wanted to pay for the gas and not a contract. They sent me 2 contracts that force you into an annual agreement that auto renews... Called the highest rated propane company around. No contract to sign at all, just pay for the gas.
Very polite great service 2 years now no problems no complaints.
